Love their chicken caesar salad pitas!! Only complaint it website hours are not correct. If they aren't busy, they will close... early or open late. I work across the street and a group of us will make plans to have pitas for lunch on weekend. Websitesays it opens at 11am, never happens!! Usually about 12:30-1:00 pm so we end up going somewhere else. Read more

Used to be a great spot but now terrible customer service, the lady (the owner) when taking my order was having a conversation... with someone on FaceTime and it was extremely irritating. Didn?t even know if she was talking to me or the person on the phone, never experienced something so absurd. I made sure to let her know when I was leaving how displeased I was with my experience. Absolute trash service, server cares more about her cellphone than helping customers. the staff is rude on the phone, food was... cold and bland. Couldnt tell the souvlaki chicken from the regular, wrong dressing on pitas, cold fries. the rice was TERRIBLE.How can you screw up something as simple as chicken and rice? Would not recommend this place to a racoon Read more

One word - DISGUSTING! Quick Summary: Extremely rude lady that worked there, toppings were not fresh, chicken was watery and... looked gross, employees didn?t wear masks. Do not eat here! Full Summary: When I first walked in, two of the workers/owners (alady and a man) were sitting in the dining area without masks. They walked behind the counter and the lady served me. I ordereda chicken shawarma. She didn?t wear a mask, kept her parka on and didn?t wash her hands before serving me, she just threw ongloves. I should have left right then but I was in a hurry and needed to grab something quick. I noticed that the toppings werenot fresh. It looked like it had been sitting there for days ? shrivelled up and discoloured. When I asked if the toppings werefresh, she rudely answered that everything is fresh here. I wanted to add hummus but after seeing the crusted top layer, Idecided to pass. As for the chicken, she opened the lid to a container (not freshly cut as they advertise), and used a spoon toscoop chicken into the pita. I could see that it was the last bit of chicken left as she was scraping the bowl and it was verywatery ? just gross. I asked if I could have fresh cut chicken and once again, she became very rude and told me that the chickenshawarma on the rotisserie was not fully cooked and that as per Halton Food Safety, they are not allowed to serve raw chickenbecause raw chicken makes you sick ? just being deliberately rude and unprofessional. I told her I didn?t want the shawarma andgot a refund. She has the worst behaviour I have ever seen from any business. Her actions were completely unprovoked, so I?mled to believe that she just doesn?t care about the business. Go to Shawarma Corner in the same plaza. Read more

I have been to Pita Factory over the years but recently took my boyfriend here in the afternoon (hungover as hell) and it... totally satisfied the craving! I ALWAYS go for the chicken caesar pita, but decided to do steak and it was AMAZING! My boyfriendhad the king club and absolutely loved it. We combo'd it with onion rings and although I thought the fryer oil needed to bechanged, they were still good and crispy (paired with the chipotle sauce was delicious). My wrapped wasn't wrapped as tight asit should've been, but it was still delicious when it turned to more of an open face pita salad. GREAT bang for your buck! Oneof or, the best place for pitas in Milton. Read more
