my friend ordered a salad from this place. while we were waiting, someone came in to order the same exact salad and got their... order before my friend did. we both thought that was weird, so i told her she should ask about her salad. they made her wait awhile and then refunded her order. when i asked why, she said they told her they didn't have the ingredients to make it. i foundthis especially weird, considering that she ordered first, they took her money, and didn't even bother to tell her that theingredients in her order were not there. my friend wears a hijab by the way. This Tim Hortons is by far the worst i've ever been too, and i've been to many. I ordered the freshly brewed ice tea quencher... but was given the passionfruit tea lemonade quencher instead. Upon telling them they got my order wrong, a very rude employeetold me the drinks are one and the same. Um, NO they are not. They are listed as separate and distinct drinks on the menu and onthe Tim Hortons app. COME ON MILTON Tims, you can do better. Read more
Tim Hortons @ Milton's Super Store - Worst customer service. Asked the employee for 5 well-toasted but NOT BURNED bagles, but... she gave me a fully BURNED/BLACK from inside bagles. Kids were too hungry to wait so I went back with 2 of the 5. The sameemployee started to lecture me about single or double toasted though I hadn't said anything about double toasted when made theorder. Also, when I made the $31.38 order (5 bagles + 5 muffins + 3 FV) , I immediately requested for a swap of 2 muffins (outof the 5) with 2 chocolate chip cookies willing to pay any difference but she REFUSED to do so - sorry can't do it!!!!! Got the timbiebs from this location the day they came out. Though it?s a small location, they usually have what I?m looking for... whether it be donuts, timbits, bagels, coffee, etc. Service is also excellent! Read more
This small store makes the best coffee out of all the Tim Hortons in Milton, you always get what you ask for, the service at... times could be better, but I have never had a bad experience here. Very convenient location as well, I always grab a coffeebefore going grocery shopping next door. Read more
