my experience was not the best here, not sure if the employee was newly trained recently, but I asked for a vanilla iced coffee... and she told me we only have iced coffee(original blend, light and another option). Had the worst breakfast here this morning. Ordered a medium black coffee and a bagel. I got a coffee full of cream and sugar... which I had to throw out entirely because it was super super sweet and then my bagel had hair all over it. Absolutelydisgusting. Read more

Update - came by this location a month later, and no surprise but absolutely no difference in service. Clearly management... doesn't read the reviews and Tim Hortons doesn't care. This location is absolutely horrible they have two order lines but itstill takes them forever to get you through. It seems like the machines cannot hear what you are saying and it's impossible tomake out what the staff are saying. I struggle with how places like this are allowed to operate and why Tim Hortons doesn't doanything to fix their franchises. There needs to be a shake up here and management needs to be more invested in theiroperations so this doesn't continue to go downhill like it has in the last few months. Read more
