First time going in the store last time going in the store. Nobody looks happy in there. Approached counter.. Staff greeted me... by saying: Yes? Me: Hi, can I get a Triple please. Staff says: How you pay? Me: Debit please. That was the end of it. From mypersonal experience every other Tim Hortons I've been to says hi good morning what can I get for you today. Okay how would youlike to pay? do you have a rewards card? Here's your triple triple.. thank you.. you're welcome... Need to change staff , Many employess standing free in small place. No one knows what they are doing . No gloves on hands and... they keep talking while preparing order . Very unhygenic place. I cant give zero bcz thts not an option. Read more
Never mobile order from this location. It doesn?t mean skip the line according to the rude staff there. They will literally make... you wait 10 mins for just a coffee ordered via mobile app. They need to hire more people as clearly service is not good. Read more
Coffee is good But the sandwich is missing extra mayo, if any, they put light mayo. Had to explain like 10 times to the young... lady to add extra mayo. She did, but whoever made it did not pay attention. I asked for extra bacon, she added extra turkey, Isaid no, it's extra Bacon. Look if you do not understand English, do not take orders.
