Not safe at all! There are no safe pedestrians cross walks to reach the store if you park in their lot! There is something wrong... with the design and the place of the drive thru, parking lot, and entrance. I saw in my eyes a kid who was about to be hit by acar! Read more

This used to be a really great location where the community came in and sat down to have a coffee. It used to be clean and very... civilized. I have been there recently and there are young kids ( between 11-16 yrs ) sitting there, behaving badly, usingabusive language, feet on the chairs, talking very loudly with no respect to others around . This is totally unacceptable andthe he franchise owner shd be doing something about it. Absolutely disgusting that parents don?t even know where their kids areand how they behave. I just waited over 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru lane. This location is always very slow but this was ridiculous!... When I got to the window there wasn?t even an acknowledgement or apology for the delay. When I asked for contact information fora manager they could not provide anything. There is a serious issue with their staffing. Either under staffed or poorly trainedbut either way, you are better off driving to a farther location to get your order. The customer service standards cannot keepup with the demand. Either better staff and train your staff or close the drive thru lame since you are incapable of running itefficiently. Read more

It seems as though none of the staff were here to work the cash register and take customer orders. One lady just sauntered... around and did not offer to help. I waited more than 5 minutes to have someone assist me at the front and there was no one infront of me. The other staff looked completely miserable. Apparently there is no manager on site past 1pm according to a staffmember when asked to speak with a manager. Will avoid this location going forward. Read more

My mom and I went here a few weeks and ordered THREE small ice caps and timbits. We went up to the window and got our order but... they gave us only 1 ice cap and my mom said that we ordered 3. Of course they got us 2 more and we left. The second time todaywe have went here and ordered 3 ice caps with whipped cream this time. Again they have given us only 1 ice cap and we had totell them we ordered 3. They took a very long time to get us 2 more and a lot of people were behind beeping at us for the longwait. The best Tim Hortons in Milton! I?ve been to all of Tim Hortons in Milton and this is by far the most respectful and customer... friendly location. They made a mistake on my order and without any questions, they changed my order and did it very quickly.They handled it stress free. This location is also new and fancy. Other Tim Hortons should take note! Read more

I used drive through and it took more than 15 mins to get a small coffee. I was rushing because I had to get to an appointment... but I got delayed by 10 mins because of this service. I ordered small coffee and the person didn?t listen I guess, there wasmedium coffee on the screen. So I corrected and asked for small coffee. When I went to the payment window, he didn?t read outhow much amount it was but he just charged. When I got two coffees i said I didn?t order two. It took a few mins for him tounderstand what I ordered. Then he said he is going to refund my money and scanned the card. I am checking now to realized hecharged me the right amount plus he didn?t refund the wrong amount he charged earlier. It?s a hassle now to reach out to TimHortons customer care and get it fixed. Drive through is all about fast delivery and this place doesn?t meet that expectations.I understand if it?s busy and there are a lot of cars ahead of me but 15 mins in drive through when there were just 3 cars aheadof me is ridiculous.
