Baby pork rib had too much sauce, its tenderness and juiciness is average. Chicken wing is pretty good, a bit dry for my liking... but would be great for ppl who loves crispiness. Bison meatloaf however, is surprisingly amazing. The sauce balanced the flavorof the meat really well. Crispy onion added to both crunchiness and additional layering in flavor. Read more

Had an exceptional experience here. Servers were friendly, attentive, and food was cooked perfectly and all modifications (ex no... onion straws or mushrooms, and rare steak) were completed which nowadays is rare. Food was so tasty. I wanna start with greeting which was good and our server named “Lahila P” was very nice , polite and professional, this... was our first visit to milton turtle jack, me and my wife but had very bad experience with food specially with chicken wings wasso hard that we couldn’t separate meat from bone, it feels like they were pre made and then just cooked again and served us ,meat became so stiff. Drink was nice. No complain regarding drinks. Loaded fries not so good was ok ok Just wanna conclude bysaying that was not worth the amount of money i spend there for dinner. My first time in Turtle Jack as I live on the east end. The service and foods are awesome. Some dishes are slightly smaller than... what we thought. If you are a hungry bear, consider adding on a side or order more appetizers. Read more

I can't express how disappointed I am with my most recent order. I DO understand times are tough (thanks to Covid) and that... restaurants are struggling (so we do our very best to support our local restaurants) but wow. This bowl of soup that I paid$10 for, came about 2/3 full and didn't even fill my bowl, and the $28 chicken nachos only filled about 1/2 the box. IF therewas 1/2 a chicken breast used, it was a LOT. Visited on a Friday evening. The place was busy with about a 20 min wait. When we got seated the staff took our drink and food... order very quickly. Our drinks were served within 10 min of being seated. However our food took over 30 minutes to arrive. Myhusband had to prompt a staff who followed up with the kitchen. When our mains arrived we also found out that our starter wouldnot be provided as they ran out of calamari earlier in the evening. The restaurant manager was very apologetic and cared aboutour experience. He provided a few discounted options to make the experience better. We ordered the blackened salmon withpineapple and mango salsa, the Cali turkey sandwich and the turtle shell pasta. The salmon was overcooked and a little dry butwell seasoned. The sandwich and pasta were ok. I will return again but on a less busy night. Read more
