My family has regularly ordered from location since March 2020. Never are we going to order from this location ever again... starting today Friday, May 13, 2022. Our pizza was prepared burned. After calling the store to let the employee by the name ofKulwinder know about it, he said he will prepare one. When I went to store to pick it up and showed him picture, he wasextremely rude. He said I could have still eaten burned pizza. Like, are you kidding me? You want me to pay you extremely highprices for your burned pizza? I hope this restaurant goes out of business in this highly competitive environment. My family andI won't be ordering from here anymore. I have also informed my friends about my experience. Our work has always ordered from here especially during the beginning of the pandemic because they were the only location that... delivered in the beginning. Pizza is fresh and the ingredients are great. My favourite is the green is good that has the fetacheese tomatoes and spinach. Eating it from delivery tastes good but once you put the pizza in the toaster, the flavours getelevated and they taste so much better. Overall a good Italian pizza place. They also had lactose free and vegan options whichis good because we have a couple of vegan and vegetarian and lactose intolerant employees. Recommended! Read more
Pizza was good compared to many other pizza places in Milton. Chicken tandoori topping was nice. A bit stingy with toppings... though. I felt the owner got slightly irritated at one point when I asked some questions about the menu, but he seemed like afriendly person in general and even gave me a couple of free dipping sauces. The other person behind the counter and helpingwith pizzas didn?t seem like a very customer oriented person. It's a take out joint and not a place to sit and eat inside. We ordered the 2 for $30 special and it was well worth it. For me and my husband it lasted 4 meals! Were ordered the butter... chicken and Vito's spinach special. We really liked that the pizzas tasted very fresh and wasn't too oily. This was actually thefirst time after eating take out pizza where I didn't feel bloated afterwards. Very high quality and tasty. Horrible customer service at this location. Ordered two medium pizzas for delievery because I couldn't get out (kids). When I... got my order one pizza was wrong. When I called to explain the gentlemen just kept telling me that's what the order stated. Ikindly explained that the site took it wrong and I didn't even touch it and if they could just place a new order and exchangeit. He mentioned to me that he could for pickup... If I could have done pickup from the start I would have. I explained that Ican't and he kept saying that's what the order said. When I asked for his name he refused and said no I'm not giving you myname. He told me to call back the next day and speak to the manager.... What good would that do? The order was wrong the day of.Like come on... It's a $15 pizza people! Terrible service and never will order here again. Too bad as I did like them.
