Horrible customer service. The app failed on me 4 times, so I called in to place the order. They told me they wouldn't honor the... free pizza that I had through rewards because it was an online thing, which again, I tried 4 times and it didn't work. Haven't had domino's for a long while. They aren't in my home town. I particularly loved the crust, Parmesan Bread Twists,... Cinnamon Bread Twists, and lava cake. We did carry-out and it was ready, hot, and freshly prepared. While we all agreedthe pizza was excellent, the toppings and cheese were a little on the lighter side. Read more
Love the detail <3 we love the pasta bowls but without the garlic butter on the crust. The online menu doesn't allow for this... adjustment. So I order and call immediately following to ask to hold it. I had forgotten to call after my last order and was sohappy to see they had taken customer service above and beyond and remembered to hold the butter without the call. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 separate 10 count wings for a small party we had. The order said it was going to be an hour before I... went to pick up. I asked for curbside pick up, but waited like 10 minutes and I was a bit late when I got there. I did takenotice that they were busy, but I needed to get back so I went in to get the items. As suspected, they were quite busy. Theysaid they were sorry about not getting the order out to me. I said it was OK, but I needed to get back. The pizza was fine andthe wings were good in flavor, but could of been cooked longer and crisper. Depending on the night and time, you may want tofind out the wait time incase your in a hurry.
