Three times in a row I got home with my order and it was wrong. First time I got nachos and wanted no beans and it was full of... beans. the second time they forgot my flour tortillas and the third time I got the big nachos with chicken and they forgot thechicken. Unbelievable! I call up there and next time it's going to be free. Great but when I called nobody knew anything aboutit and there was no manager to help me two days in a row. Very frustrating!! I finally talked to a manager and I get my nachosfor free but it's a super small order and it's still not the correct way I ordered it. We'll never go here again! We've tried items off both the Happy Hour and regular menu as we have been here a few times now. On our last visit, I ordered... the fish tacos and they were excellent. There were three large tacos with plenty of fish, slaw and avocado. Generous portionsand really, really good! The service has always been excellent! Read more

Puerto Vallarta is on point with their food! The ambiance is relaxedand welcoming while the staff are very friendly. The Margarita was good while also average. The menu was visually wellorganized. We had a nice early dinner. Good draft Modelo beer, a side of two chili rellaños and black beans. I even had a small amount... left over for breakfast the following morning! Great service by all who assisted us and pleasant atmosphere. We will be inagain! Plus, it was an amazing evening with a surprise proposal that changed my life! Read more
The door says they open at 11am It was passed 11 and closed. Went across the street to other Mexican spot. They were OPEN.
