I don't usually go to starbucks often, but I keep coming back to this one ONLY because of Dri (Aundrianna, I think is how you... spell her first name. Sorry if I got it wrong, girl!). She treats everyone like she's known them forever, and when I first mether a few months ago, her personality left such a great impression on me. Her cheerfulness and enthusiasm encouraged me so muchafter a hard day at work even if it was just for something as simple as making coffee. Now I simply won't go to anotherStarbucks because I want her as my barista every time. She works hard to treat every customer with care and make them feelvalued. She deserves a raise!!! ?? Read more
Based on my experiences, the employees were observed working hard and making the drink(s) quickly. Friendly staff as well.... Accurate with the order(s). Located within Safeway near the entrance. I would recommend and would return. Read more
I alwalys come to Milton Starbucks and never had any issues but on October 12th I ordered 4 drinks and a Banana Bread! I got my... drinks but no bread and I called the location and they said ?no worries it?s our fault you can come pick it up whenever? fastforward to October 16th, I order two drinks and when I ask for my banana bread I need a receipt or anything proving I orderedit. Ok? I Never get receipts but I showed her that day that I reloaded my card on the rewards app but not good enough! Iliterally waited in the parking lot and trying to find a receipt for my order!this is very disappointing for customer serviceand the fact I had to wait for a banana bread they never gave me is frustrating. Most timeswhen I go to Starbucks the Coffee is burned every time I have gone there it tastes fabulous and he has the bestcustomer service always has a smile on his face you could tell he really enjoys being there. I only really like the food here, the tea is okay, but the coffee there doesn't taste like coffee. It tastes like empty sadness.... Like someone once had coffee and their childhood hated it and then just to spite all coffee lovers made coffee themselves andsold it. The food on the other hand is pretty decent. I usually go for a cream cheese danish or egg white bites, which arereally good if you're in a rush. Read more
I am not a coffee drinker but still visit Starbucks for business and social engagements on a regualr basis. I watched this... Starbucks being built from a refurbished Grange building in Tumwater and appreciate the uniqueness of the facility. Manyhistorical features were left in tact. Read more
Customer service is always great here and the staff is always friendly. However today I asked for light ice and they filled my... cup half full. They also put way too much matcha in my cup? I?ve been drinking these matcha teas for years and never has it beenthis strong or dark green. Read more
