Service was OK. Couldn't tell you who was in charge. Whoever it was they allowed the younger workers to run the place, language... wasn't to TB standards we could hear everything. This has happened 5 times now. They will upsale you on extra beef and other ingredients when ordering. When you get your food... those extra items wont be their and even less than the original ingredients sometimes. They really need to train their employeesto read the work orders when they come through. I love taco bell but this has to stop. Read more
My experience at this Taco Bell location was fantastic!! I normally order ahead with the app, but this time I ordered at the... counter. I missed the counter persons name, because I wasn't paying close attention, but he was courteous, and polite. He evenhelped with a selection in my order I hadn't noticed on the menu board, which was great! I had ordered at about 12:25pm, theywere busy with drive thru, and other orders at the counter, to my surprise, they called my order out at 12:28pm! I had a really positive experience in this Taco Bell and the young folks that work there are amazing. They're very diligent... conscientious hard-working and they really do care about what they're doing it seems just in the brief 15 minutes that I wasthere and in chatting with the staff I was pleasantly surprised that the young people today still have a solid work ethic andgreat attitudes. This location S U C K S . They run out of something? Don't worry, they won't put up a sign, I came by at 12:15AM one night, the... girl actually asked if I could come back in 15 minutes because "they were cleaning" They refuse to give receipts, the place is ajoke. Taco Time RIGHT across the street is a better bet, and MUCH higher food quality. Seriously, these issues have gone onsince we moved near by in 2019. Hmm, I feel for these guys in a way.. I think maybe they are worn out or don?t have enough help. A group of us came in to this... TB when no one was in the drive through to be courteous with a bunch of separate orders. Took about 10 minutes for us to beaddressed, another 5 for the next order, and one guy gave up and ordered something he didn?t want off the computer menu. Foodstill hasn?t come out 10 minutes after placing the order, so I can?t comment on the food quality yet. Opposite of fast foodhere! Make sure you have 20 minutes at least when you come here! Went to taco bell in Milton. Apparently it's okay to make you wait for thirty minutes for your food (12 burritos) then give you... cold food and when you ask for your money back or fresh food they tell you no. And you can't do anything about it. Even when youvoice your concerns regarding contamination they don't care. On top of it they didn't even give me the right food and the rightquantity. I'm so confused as to why this taco bell stays open until 2 am when they close their grills by 1 am at the latest. I've been to... many surrounding TBs and have never been told basically the whole menu is unable to be made because the workers are so worriedabout being able to get out as close to actual closing as possible.
