I?ve flown in and out of MKE several times this summer and I tried getting a pretzel and drink before my flight a couple times.... First time they had no pretzels made, and second time they were closed by 4:20 pm. My flights were both at the same time, sonot sure why they were open the first time and not the second. Read more
Went up to order with one other lady in line asking for a lid to cover her soda. Once I got up there the gentleman (older, with... mustache) walked away then looked back at me, slammed the cup on the counter, said ?ARE YOU SERIOUS? and walked up to me andsaid to me (very rudely) ?Can I help you?. I replied ?Nope? and walked away. I am a paying customer not an inconvenience. Thatparticular location is not getting my service with an attitude like that. Read more

Wow... so bad. Nobody in line... not busy... get up to counter and see theres no food made. Literally one pretzel dog. The... girl supposedly working there is on her phone while i stand in line for 2 minutes... she looks at me like she doesnt know whyI'm there, doesnt say a word and then goes back to her phone. Why are you not making food as you clearly have none to serve orat least helping people waiting? I had to wait for someone to come out of the back to help serve me the one food item they had. Literally just standing behind the counter with no care but her phone. Get some work ethic. Read more
Awful customer service from the MANAGER. You?d think when you politely ask for a new pretzel because the first was hard and... drenched in garlic powder he?d gladly want to give you a better experience. Instead he decided to be extremely rude and snappy.Would not recommend. Read more
