Love the icecream but EVERYTIME I come in and the owner is there she treats her staff like garbage. These young teen girls take... the brunt of her frustration and it?s pretty sad. She was training a girl once and was reprimanding her instead of teaching herthe process to make a shake. I?d rather have my shake a soupy mess than watch her scream at her about the proper process (it wasseemingly her first time making one). I could never imagine treating young staff this badly over icecream considering they dontmake very much hourly as staff, yet they showed up and it?s probably their first job. The owner has a very sour attitude anytimeI?ve seen her and it?s been multiple times I?ve seen her berate her staff and it?s so unfortunate. Read more

Not exactly as I ordered in person. The attendant should have confirmed what i wanted back to me. The ice cream here is pretty... good. I like the Mackinac island and exhausted parent the best. I love Mackinac fudge. But i really like coffee ice cream andthis was a unique one. I would definitely come back sometime for that. The chocolate waffle bowls with sprinkles are a ton offun to eat. There?s a Chocolatey crunch much like a frozen KitKat bar. You?d probably have to eat it there though because theydon?t have carry containers for them. Read more
