I was on a 7 min phone call with an ?outsourced? call center that Topper?s apparently has set up now. I ordered one large pizza... and an order of wings. Pizza arrived but no wings, I called and spoke to the manager to learn that wings aren?t even on the menuany longer. Read more
This store is unmatched. The perseverance, the comradery, the undying motivation to get better. Blood, sweat, and tears go into... this store. Literally. And I mean literally. This store, and it?s employee?s, OOZE Toppers. It runs in the veins. From thediversity, to its willingness to give people second chances in life ? a chance to prove themselves over again. It doesn?tdiscriminate, it hires people who others may see as undesirables, and puts them in a position to redefine themselves. That?sTopper?s. That?s life. It?s a shining beacon of Toppers as a company. The good, bad, and everything in between. Because, we ashumans, don?t always make the right decision, that?s part of ?coming of age.? It was perfect. I requested ?crazy cuts? on the order, and the team did a great job on fulfilling that. Combined with a great... delivery time and excellent preparation; very satisfied customer here. My pizza was absolutely mangled. I couldn?t believe whenI opened the box; it looked like someone had taken a machete to the pizza as if they were under attack by the pizza. We ordered our Toppers Stix around 10pm on a Sunday night. After our initial "out for delivery" notification we waited for 30... mins before calling the store asking why our food wasnt here. The manager informed me that aparently the "actual delivery timehadnt been adjusted" and that "our driver just left w your order"...unacceptable already and when it did finally arrive the foodwas cold and the box looked like itd been sat on w the food sticking to the top... I waited almost two hours for a thin crust cheese pizza. I live less than ten minutes away. At first they said 20-30 minutes. I... waited, called after 30 minutes. Said that it would be another 30 mins. I waited?30 mins later nothing, called 15 minutes. Oncethe pizza got here it was COMPLETELY BURNT AND COLD. I gave a 30% tip when I ordered because I knew they were understaffed andneeding but this was just the WORST food service of my life.
