They took around 4 hours just to bring me a soda, it's so sad. 1 Star.

You guys don't make enough for these attitudes, that goes for ??????? too. AND the 'beef' is rubbery, tastes like camel ????

I Only got 4 out of 5 little pieces of my catfish,it was overfried ,hard to eat. Mushrooms had no breading on it.

On New Year's Day we had the family over for the holiday. We ordered a pizza some wings and a soda. I my brother went down to... get the order which arrived quickly enough. Before he went down I told him to write a tip on the receipt. When the driver pulledthe pizza out of the delivery bag, the soda and the wings were on top of the pizza essentially squishing the pizza. It trulylooked like it had been dropped. I called the company who asked me to take a couple of pictures and I sent them to theemployee's cell phone. After which told me they would remake and deliver a replacement. Since they were replacing the order wediscarded the damaged pizza. While waiting for the replacement order the DRIVER called me to question our complaint. I explainedthat was unprofessional and I called the pizza company. After contacting the company they questioned why we tipped after thepizza had arrived damaged. I explained that someone other than myself had received the order and they were instructed to tip onthe receipt. Then they told me that they would still replace the pizza but that we would need to send back the first pizza. Iexplained the damaged pizza had already been thrown away, and then they refused to replace the pizza. While discussing this withthe manager, he hung up on me. When I called back they would not answer my call. (I took a while to post this review because wedisputed the credit charges as a result of this complaint) If you're looking for reasonable customer service, go elsewhere! Read more
