The only server working, gave us a slight attitude like she was mad that she had to work. Wings were decent, they were drenched... in sauce. For a side of fries the amount was a laugh, lastly the fried pickles were undercooked, so they fixed it by refryingthe same pickles. They came out overcooked and a puddle of grease accompanied them. As i entered the restaurant, a male worker was behind the cash register, he didn?t acknowledge me. A female worker emerged from... the back and spoke to me. Absolute classless, a customer enters a restaurant and can?t be greeted? How are you sir, welcome,someone will be right with you. Instead it?s, let me glue my eyes to the cash register and avoid the customer. I was told bythe female worker ?if you are dining in, please stand near the podium and you will be seated.? I waited there with my son forten minutes. I look to my left and the cook in the kitchen looks like he just despise his job and he?s moving at an incrediblyslow pace. I look to my right and it appears business is pretty slow today. Why is there a wait when I see all of these emptytables? By the way it?s near 5pm on a Monday. This is second time this has happened at this same location and I walked out eachtime. Stay away from the establishment by all means! I will not waste any more time going to this place. Read more
I?ve been eating here for some time now. It had a wonderful service. Now, for the last few weeks there has been new people added... to the team. I?m not sure what happened but the service has been going down lately. Was there a new management? I received myorder wrong. Once, I got the new one, I received very dry and small piece of boneless wings. I asked for extra wet while theydidn?t do that at all. The box said 15 but the pieces were so small and didn?t even have 15 in them. Very poor experience. Whatwas the change? Not coming back till the service has been improved. Read more
Place looks nice, no problem with getting to it, but the waiter was either inexperienced or didn't care. After our orders were... delivered they did not come by or check in for at least 15 minutes which I'd forgive if there were anyone else dining but therewasn't. We were the only ones there for over half our meal. On top of that they forgot a side and never rectified it. Food wasfine. Read more
Where do I begin? I get there 5 minutes early and my food was still cold. I ordered 15 wings with 2flavors. Each box had at... least 5oz of sauce. There was so much that the wings ripped through the box. I asked for extra crispy and got soggy/soft wings.The fries were cold as well. They didn?t even put any paper in the box before throwing in the wings. I Even saw a cook sneezeover the fryer. Nvr again at that location. & I don?t even make reviews, but I just couldn?t let this one go since I usually goto that location. If you wake up and decide that you?re going to mess with people?s food, you should just call in. Didn?t evenget the celery I asked for. Read more
Poor service, poor management. Very poor preparation on very basic wings.. how hard is it to make wings. As if someone through... threw a hand full of rub and a dribble of sauce and said ok my work is done. To add, no requested sauce, no requested preferenceon wing type, and a children's cup of fries.... for $15 you are better off going elsewhere. By the way this is mild buffalo. Iwrote to the manager who could not seem to find out what was wrong with this picture and continued asking irrelevant questionsover email rather than actively addressing the kitchen staff. Read more
Decided to give the Asian Zing Cauliflower Wings a try and they were absolutely delicious! I loved the zestyness of the sauce,... and the accompanying peppers added a nice amount of heat. The chicken sandwich was good, but the chicken itself could have beena little...plumper. The service was incredibly slow. We eventually approached the bartender and told her we'd tip her well ifshe took care of us, which she did! Read more
I?ve been eating Buffalo Wild Wings forever. Never had an issue at any locations except for tonight. This location is not that... great. The place was empty and our server was the worst server ever. We needed refills but she just kept ignoring us and walkingright by us. I just ended up paying for what we ate and canceled the rest of our food. Do not come to this location unless youwant bad service. It seems like this place is kinda ghetto. I don?t know what it is. Can?t be the manager on duty. He was cool.I think the server just doesn?t know how to give good service or she has a hard time moving around. She was just standing on theside taking to someone or on her phone. Definitely not coming back to this location again. The one on Howell is way better and awhole lot cleaner with better staff. 1 star because it?s the only option. Read more
