Employees were more attentive to their own conversations than to the customers waiting in line. Except for a black girl with... purple hair that was actually more attentive, diligent and quite sweet and fixed my order for me than the employee that took myorder that apparently was dying to leave. Customer service everywhere has gone down the drain. It's as if the customer is notthe priority but the check without the work is. People want CEO paychecks without having to do anything but text their friendsand ignore the customers that are the one's paying them. This needs to change or little by little businesses will be goingbankrupt.. then they'll say it's the customers fault.. Read more
Just placed an online order thru door dash. They forgot half the order. Called back and they told me I was never in the system.... Apparently they cant help you here if they can't find you in the system. But hey at least I have 40 super dry wings I can eatwith no ranch either. Read more
Placed an Order for pick up last night at around 8:30 pm and was told 50-60 mins so My brother left with just enough time to get... there. We?re 5 mins from the store. EVERYTHING was cold and I didn?t get my 5 piece tenders. When I called to complain I askedif they could re cook the food and he said no we will just give a refund after being told that our food was sitting there for anhour. My husband went up there to get our refund and some told him that the reason the food was cold was because my brother wastaking with customers for 20 mins. What is it food was sitting for an hour or was talking for 20 mins and that?s why ALL thefood was cold? Gaslighting at its best! I will be calling corporate first thing Monday! Poorly Customer Service, Went to pick up a Door dash Employers telling me the order was never received at the store , after... waiting and got done explaining to my delivery customer they didn?t had the order. He explained he re placed his order and hehas been waiting for it for 2 hr mind you they told me his order wasn?t place out the blue they randomly handed me the order inneed of a new manager who actually does responsibility the right way. I went twice. The first time food was undercooked and Luke warm. I ordered over the phone and went inside to pick up my order.... As I was speaking to the cashier, a call came through in the phone. The cashier proceeded to place the callers order for thenext 3-5 minutes, never apologizing for making me wait. When the cashier was done with the order, she took my payment and toldme it would be ready shortly. The wait time was under 10 minutes. The food quality was trash. It was chewy and salty. I wentback a 2nd time because someone else purchased it, and I thought I should give them a 2nd chance. The chicken was overcookedthis time, and really dry. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
DONT ORDER FROM HERE !! waited almost 2 hours for my food while everyone in the back was just talking. had to ask for my refund... in order for them to hurry with my food. fries and tenders were extremly burned ordered 15 wings got 9 with barely any sauce onthem. smh! Read more
The store isn't equipped to handle the load of orders it gets. I ordered pickup over the phone, they told me 40 minutes, came... in time and currently been waiting 20 minutes. There are at least 20 door dash orders qued with eccentric names that thedrivers don't recognize. The manager is trying to address people 1 by 1 and doing his best but its not enough to keep up withthe load. Despite getting my food the second it was done, it was hardly warm and undersauced.
