Every time I go to this Burger King, something is out of stock, something is broken, or something on my order is messed up, or... all three. I will not buy anything from BK AGAIN! I go there (7-31-22 18:30), card machine not working, out of stock onmozzarella sticks, and when I check my burger when I get home, no bacon like I paid for. No receipt either to help contactmanagement. Best Burger King on Layton! They don't pile tons of veggies on the whopper either. Oak creek Burger King is garbage and they are... always out of food. Rawson foods cold. Came in sometime afternoon. I didnt see any cars parked or any in drive-thru. I didnt see any workers except one guy cleaning... with earbuds on. I called few times cuz no one was at the cashier. The cleaning guy noticed me and called someone else. Anotherguy came and I showed I made an online order. Nothing was prepared despite no one was working on the grills or drive thru orcashier. All i saw was receipts popping out of the cash register and no one picking up. Then, they started worked and behold!They got my order wrong. I told them what I ordered and they said they couldnt find the receipt or order details for it. Irealized they wont get anything done fast so i left and told them to cancel the order if they see it. I have gone to this Burger King for many years when I used to live around here. I visited it today and I had one of the worst... services ever. In short, items I was asking for weren't available. Example, I wanted Chicken Fries. Nope. I wanted MozzarellaSticks. Nope. I wanted iced coffee. Nope. After needing to wait for the order to even go through, I was told to pull forward tocollect my order after paying. I didn't receive a receipt and the some items I had ordered and paid for were not in the bag whenI got home. On top of that the food was cold and felt like it was there a long time. This doesn't make sense as I had to waitfor the guy to even go out to my car to hand it to me. Short:Poor service, limited items, poor quality, cold food, and missingitems. Worst BK ever. Read more
This place was dead. The store was messy and dirty. Mold in the toilet. A sanitary wipe down bucket on the counter mold on the... soda machine where the ice comes out. tables were dirty floors were dirty dried up catch up on walls. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went there today around 7:00 pm to order some food. It was walking distance from my... hotel, so I walked there. The doors were open so I went to the register to order. After waiting a few minutes an employee toldme someone will be with me shortly. Then the manager comes to tell me it's drive thru only. So I told him then why are the doorsopen? He ignored my question and walked away. Mind you, there were only two cars in the drive thru. Horrible customer service!!Won't be back here anymore.
