When this place opened it was great. Food was really good. Seems like it?s goin downhill. Last couple of times my food has been... just awful. Cold fries, soggy bun. (really soggy. Took a couple bites and could not finish my meal) Staff is always nice andfriendly tho. So I give the 2 for the team. But the food isn?t what it was at first. When we ordered we had awesome costumer service. The lady who took our order, her name is Jenna and she was really nice to us... and made our food fast. When we left she said ?be safe? that?s awesome especially when we live in a time where people are rude.I give it a 5 star rating and we will be back. Thank you Jenna :) Read more
I thought I?d finally give this location a try since it first opened. The French fries and the chicken sandwich had too much... salt. The original chicken sandwich normally comes with lettuce and Mayo but mine only had Mayo on it. I asked for mozzarellasticks and I was told that they don?t have mozzarella sticks at this location. I said, ?but you have it on the menu? and thelady said, ?I know?. It might be awhile before I can come back to this location again. They might want to modify their menu sothat customers won?t order items that they don?t even have. They might also want to take it easy on the salt. Read more

First time I went there the order took forever (just two meals) and it was wrong. Thought we?d give it another try for breakfast... this morning. Pulled up in the drive thru at 10:25 am. The menu board is showing the breakfast menu. My daughter placed theorder and all we hear back is ?Breakfast is over?. First off breakfast hours end at 10:30, secondly they still had theirbreakfast menu up?! Don?t say breakfast is until 1030 if it?s not until 10:30. How about ?Until 10:30 or until the breakfastfood runs out because our employees don?t want to make any more food and they could care less about customer service ?? That?smore like it. Read more
Drive-way took 20+ minutes, despite just ordering a chicken sandwich and a bacon double cheeseburger. Not meals, just the two... sandwiches. And instead of a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, I got a Single Cheeseburger with no bacon. $3.49 vs $1.59 according tothe website, so I'm out $2 on a simple $9 order. Other then being a new building this location is horrible. Order food and you are guaranteed to get something wrong. And the... manager will give you attitude when they replace your order. No sorry, just attitude. Also no toys with kids meals. "they ranout" if that's the case drop the price. Your lack of ordering skills shouldn't mean I pay for a toy that I didn't get.
