Food is really solid. I loved the Greek Chicken Egg White Scramble. Coffee is among the best for Cafes around. The kitchen was... backed up so the wait was about 40 minutes for food, but not sure if that is common or not. Update: sitting in the alleywayoutside was really nice, would recommend. Greek chicken scramble was still delicious :) Update: the Mexican Scramble withchicken chorizo was tasty. The truffle fried were fairly bland though. The pancake was a great texture, but also not superflavorful. The chicken and waffles I'm told were delicious. Read more

Our waitress Alma was not the best. We definitely watched her other customers get her full attention. We ordered drink and they... came fast. We waited about 10 minutes to place an order for our food. We watched her stand around and look at her phone as wesat looking her way, waiting. The food came rather fast. We weren?t asked how the food or anything was. She didn?t stop byagain until she brought the bill. We had to ask another waitress for more water. The food was decent. Bacon cooked a little toohard. The hash browns are were a tad too salty. My cinnamon latte was good Decent ambiance. Quiet. Read more

First time going and maybe off day but not a great experience. Party of 3. Two scramblers and breakfast sandwich. 2 coffee and 1... ice tea. First, we did a call ahead, and was informed 25 minute wait when we got there. Totally okay. We went up twice and wastold, next party was ours. There was a total of 4 parties that went and got seated when we were told twice we were next. Inaddition, we waited, but we went up again and we were seated. We waited 45 mins in addition to that call ahead. Second, ourwaiter was absolutely terrible at making sure to have any waters refilled or anything at our table. Disappointing. He only cameto our table twice, for water and to give us to bill. Third, I had a food runner for more water and he seems to be very upsetby this by his facial expression. Would not recommend. Highly disappointing experience and service. Read more

Now I've loved breakfast all my life, and I've had breakfast from many different places. I don't hesitate to say that the Plaza... Benedict is by far the best breakfast dish I've ever had. If you love breakfast as much as I do, I recommend eating here! Also,I was seated in the courtyard, and gosh that really set the vibe. Beautiful courtyard that's spacious enough to not feelcrowded. The growth on the walls really made me feel like I was in a whimsical place, but with breakfast. Highly recommendvisiting Cafe at the Plaza. Read more

Great location, and you can sit outside! Friendly staff! Prices can be a bit high but you?re paying for a little bit better... quality food. My shrimp and grits was $15 before taxes. Would I come here again? I always come here! Get the hashbrowns you?llthank me later! I do want to point out the service can be slow at times so be careful. I am torn between 4 and 5 stars. Thespeed of service can kill the mood quickly for me, but the quality of the food exceeds average. Read more

SIT OUTSIDE!! This place was so beautiful and the food was wonderful. The staff we interacted with were really nice, and my... experience even made me want to stay at the hotel there. The Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes were great, and the 1007 BreakfastSandwich was delicious too. You have to get one sweet item, one savory item, then split them with whoever you're eating with! Read more

A hidden gem of Milwaukee... genuinely the best breakfast I've ever had. Our waitress was wonderful and the host who sat us was... great as well. The hash browns were the star of the show. They were buttery and soft... my omelet was also delicious. Theoverall theme/vibe of the cafe was perfect, too. It's stylish, classy, and reminded me of a restaurant that would be in Paris.Definitely give this place a try! Read more
