Today was my first time trying Champion Chicken. I ordered the 24 piece bourbon barbecue wings and the junior 2 piece chicken... dinner. I was slightly disappointed, all of the food was overcooked. The breast and wing was very dry and almost burnt and therewas no seasoning on the chicken at all. The barbecue wings were OK, dry and needed more barbecue sauce on them. They alsoforgot my coworkers ranch dressing to go with the wings. The wings might be worth another try, I'll just ask for my food not tobe cooked so long and more sauce on the wings. ****UPDATE**** Today we ordered the 24 piece bourbon barbecue wings and I mustsay, they definitely redeemed themselves. Even though we had to tell them about yesterday's debacle and ask them to make surethe wings were wet. This is ridiculous my son called to order food and he gave them the address 2x and the girl on the end even asked her coworkers... if they deliver to our address and they said yes. Even the girl started to become rude over the phone while my son was polite inordering. He is 13 years old if your wondering. He waited an hour and nothing. He called back and was told oh well someone wassupposed to call you that order was canceled because it was far. No one called and he waited an hour for food this isridiculous. Bad communication. I wish I could give 0 stars for bad communication. They need better staff and bettercommunication. He even gave him his number about 3x and the girl was with attitude. Read more
I ordered through GrubHub and the food arrived 40 minutes late. I contacted GrubHub to cancel the order before it arrived and... customer support said the restaurant would not refund my order because they use their own drivers. The blackened chicken pastasauce was way too salty, the chicken dinner had so much salt it was granular in the breading, and the breaded mushrooms weresomehow both soggy and dry. I managed to get the order cancelled after GrubHub support spoke to the restaurant for about 15minutes, as they were resistant to cancel the order, but I will be sure to never order from here again.
