First time coming to this location with my fiance and it was the worst service from the minute we walked in the door! Young host... at the door attempted to seat us in the bar area, I asked if we could be sat in the dining area where there was already multipletables set and got the response of he had no servers for that area. Me and my fiance then chose to just sit at the bar well wewaited 20 minutes for a bartender to make one drink that I never got, and also watched that same young host sit seven people inthe dining area where we were just previously told there was no servers for that area! After waiting 20 minutes for a drink thatI never got because the bartender chose to ignore us and clean up tables while it was not busy whatsoever me and my fiance thenproceeded to get up and leave! I was rudely treated by Manager and neglected by waitstaff. No apology was given. I asked for my steak knife to be washed off... and instead none ever brought knife back. I asked for steak sauce for my steak never received it. 30 minutes later manager cameand just took my plate and told me she will refund me. Never offered to redo my meal and never apologized but kept telling me Iwas 100% correct. She did not make me feel that way no matter what she said. I will never go back there. I ordered the lunch special of soup and double burger with fries. Soup was good and fast. I sat at the empty bar and got my... drink and soup fast. After 15 minutes I ask about my burger and he said they are working on it. More then 3/4 of the tables wereempty. After 10 minutes I asked again and he said he was waiting on fries. After 8 more minutes I asked again. He gave me a coldto the touch burger and hot fries. I asked for the manager and told him what happened. He was sorry and I said I am leaving. Hecharged me $3.17. Came in for a friends birthday, was a bit of a wait, they seemed understaffed. That didn't affect the food though, it was really... good and the staff was friendly and helpful, I ordered the ranch burger and a drink called the Deep Eddie. The food is usually very good at this chili?s. Mine was cold and the corn wraps for the fajitas were ?very old?. The curbside... service was the worst. I could see the bartender and three other workers looking at me after I waited patiently for my food.Finally I called the store let them know I got a text 14 minutes ago that my food was ready I answered that I?m parked in stall5. 9 minutes no food. Employees staring at me out of the window. Someone answers the phone, I asked was there a problem? Shesaid she was taking care of someone inside and would be out. After a couple minutes she delivered my cold birthday meal. I putmy tip back in my wallet and drove off. I saw 4 other people pull into curbside and all of them went in for their food.
