Waited forever for my food as everyone AFTER me got their order only to get home and my order was wrong this would be the 3rd... time my order was wrong I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times as this was my 3rd horrible experience I will notreturn to this location. Read more
This philly chicken "bowl" + regular fries + water = $13
Went in to order food first of all the worker didn't even speak just stood by the register to take our order. After having to... scream at her several times about the order stating what not to put on one of the subs she still got it wrong. When I looked atthe receipt I noticed it wasn't correct when I brought it to her attention she stated its right that I was looking at it wrong. So again had to show her she was wrong and then she told the cook. When we got our sandwiches she forgot to give us our 2 largefries. So she already had some fries cooks she cooked some more fries but then only cooked enough for 1 large fry. Then sherealized it but instead of cooking more fries she tried to make it into 2 large fries. Gave us our order without any words oreye contact. Will not be back there again. Read more
We ordered 2 turkey subs and 2 large fries... 1 with no mayo and no onions... The second one with everything. We had to repeat... our order over 3 times and she still forgot the fries. I over heard her state "I hate when people order their fries last," as ifit was our fault that she forgot the fries... When she gave us the fries it was one order. We told her that we ordered 2 largefries. She then used the rest of the old fries to complete the order and they were cold. She gave us our food without sayingthank you and without looking at us. I am a bit of a foodie, and enjoy the occasional meatball sub. I think cousins offering would be a five star if not for it's... lukewarm serving temperature. I gave it four stars because the food was not hot enough, in fact the cheese on the sandwich wasnot melted fully. The fries were fresh unsalted though and the pink lemonade drink I had was a big watery. I've had betterexperiences at this restaurant so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Would recommend Read more
I usually come here once to twice a year mostly due to the severe inconsistent in service and lack of quality food preparation.... I order online to ensure the food is correctly prepared, however, the food is never prepared when I arrive and rarely accurate.The food was sloppily prepared from wrong items use to assemble sandwiches, overly salty fries, and missing items. The poor foodpreparation could be overlooked if thesthe could demonstrate an ounce of professionalism. The constant horseplay and profanityneeds to be corrected. Bad customer service my food was burnt the drive though man with the two ear rings in his nose was a Trouble worker and not... helpful at all give me burnt food twice I ordered chicken Phillys lg fries and cheese curds everything taste like burnt greaseI?m so upset never again will I come here smh Read more
