So my boyfriend and I just left this location after waiting 30 minutes after we got seated and no server came to even take our... drink order. The table that got seated right before us had their food already on the table when we left before we even hadaserver to get our drink order taken. If I could give a no star review I would because this was the absolute worst service I'veever had or rather not had seeing as we never even got served or had any one come up to our table after we got seated. Had to go back twice, ordered 2 avocado burgers, and both were missing avocado. Sent the food back to get remade after calling,... and the girl that answered sounded so brainless on how to fix their mistake. Then they forgot to remake the apple crisp, alsothe avocado they put in the burgers were rock hard, and when I asked for it to be refunded they said to call the 1800 number.Went back to get the apple crisp, and they said they are out of apple crisp, so now I have to wait until Monday for my refundsince their 1800 number is down on Sundays. The girl in the store was no help, sounded lost, and their manager called in. Suchgarbage food for an hour of driving back and forth, and paying for something I didn't receive. Stopped in at 9:30 am on Saturday Oct 16,22. Was told it would be 10 minute wait. It was at least 25. There was people at 8... tables with at least 10 empty booths and 6 that had not been cleaned. Hostess and 2 other people just strolling around doingnothing. Took 30 minutes to get food which was cold. Not what we expect from our local Denny?s. Good thing we were coming fromthe airport and not heading to airport. Will not recommend. Read more
If I could give 0, I would. I was served cold food like it just came out of a fridge. I am currently pregnant and did not get... to eat anything. I understand being understaffed is hard but that?s absolutely no excuse to serve cold food or make us wait solong. We didn?t get food for over an hour and 20 minutes or so. Very frustrated . Staff was pleasant, restaurant was clean, food was quick which was great because it was our first time taking our daughter out... to a restaurant. Staff didn't make a big fuss when we just wanted to share our food with our daughter rather than buy an entirekids meal for her, as I have had family experience this at other restaurants. Pricing is always decent. Read more
While our server was kind enough, it really did take a long time for our food to come. There were maybe 4 other tables and two... servers, but we were in the restaurant for almost an hour before our food came, and we had to wait another 20 minutes after wefinished eating to check out. Our interactions with the staff were fine, but I probably won't revisit this location due to thewait. Read more
Great!!! My first time I came here? Now I?m back for the 2nd round and already I?m faced with a waiters attitude bcuz I asked... for a booth for 4ppl they became bothered Why I asked. Then after sitting us down and took our drink orders I was brought backcold watered coffee???? now I knew then I should?ve got up and walked out but I didn?t I asked for a hot freshly made coffe anddid I wait and wait????????.. 10-15min for 1 cup of hot coffe smh!!! I went to Denny's for breakfast and had the Philly Cheese Steak omelette. The omelette had excellent flavor and a fairly... generous amount of beef. The beef was tender and flavorful, as was the omelette as a whole. The service was friendly and verygood overall, especially considering that the staff was quite shorthanded. Read more
