They do not EVER answer their phone, they forget the marinara for breadsticks literally every single time (they charge you for... it too), and have zero resolutions to offer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Just a bunch of college kids who do not care about thequality of anything. Read more

I have always enjoyed Dominos. A little price-y, but yummy. Their delivery was always okay, but tonight was different. It took... me two and a half hours to get my food from the time I ordered it. Here?s what happened, I guess. My delivery driver apparentlydelivered the pizza to the wrong person in the same building. From my common sense, maybe ask for a name on the order first? Then I had to wait 25 ADDITIONAL minutes on the phone to ask for a remake. They finally remade it and delivered it. Afterwaiting for my pizza for two and a half hours (since not much around here is open this late), I finally received it. I?d say theonly positive factor of this ?meal? was the customer service guy. Ordered for delivery and included instructions to buzz in at the security door and leave the food at my door. I included the... unit number as well in the address and instructions so there would be no confusion. When I was notified the food had beendelivered, I look for it but could not find it. I called the store and was told it hadn?t been delivered and it was just aglitch in the app. They said that it shouldn?t be more than 5 or 10 min as the driver was in my area. I called back 10 min laterto check in when I had heard nothing and a quite rude lady answered. I was told again that it must be a glitch and it wouldlikely be 5-10 min although she was aware that I had already called 10 min prior. Since this place is like a tenth of a milefrom my place I was like nah. I asked for the drivers number but was told that they couldn?t provide it. I asked if there was away they could contact the driver. She replied ?I suppose we could do something like that? followed by literal silence. Ifinally said ?I can wait while you do that? before she put me on hold. After this the manager picked up and and was very politedespite not being able to tell me anything new. Finally the woman came back and said the driver said he dropped it off 20 minago. The manager said he would put in a new order and have it delivered. Since I finally had confirmation that in fact my foodhad been delivered somewhere, I searched the entryways until I finally found it outside. Called them back to cancel theduplicate order. All in all I get that food service is busy but if the entire thing had turned out the same with the onlydifference being the people I talked to treating me respectfully I wouldn?t have been upset or even writing this. Update November 2022: I still haven't been back to Domino's since this. There are many great local restaurants to choose from... with much better pizza and service. Update April 2022: it has been 6 months since this poor experience and disrepct fromDomino's. I still have not ordered from them since and have been enjoying pizza from many of the locally owned pizza shops. Manyof these shops are the same price with far and away better quality food than Domino's. I was a satisfied customer of thisDomino's for a while until one of their drivers smooshed my pizza and it got stuck to the top of box. I called and ask for arefund and they said they would only do it via gift card. Fine. My order was $30 with tip included and they sent me a $10 giftcard as a refund. The pizza alone was $19 something. I called again and tried to resolve the issue. They instead hung up on me. Read more
