Ordered online. Order number was 60492. Tracked my order and it said it was completed when it wasn?t. I proceeded to call the... store to figure out what happened to my order, have been on hold for 30 min then the driver pulls up being very rude saying thatit was a computer error then mentioned that he got lost. I wanted to make sure I was getting the right pizza and he would notlet go of the box as I was handing him the money. I always pay for my pizza and his rudeness was not needed. That?s why Irefused to tip him I work in the customer service industry and work hard for tips as well but he shouldn?t of been rude Iwould?ve given him a awesome tip. Pizza from this location is ok. It's the closest to me so it is what it is. I actually just had a negative experience with them... last week. I ordered carry out car service. The tracker has you check in when you're there. That triggers a 2min clock and if itexceeds 2min you earn a complementary medium pizza with 2 toppings. Long story short they stopped my tracker at 1:48 and I sawno one for another 30-40sec. I asked the worker who brought my pizza but she has no clue why it'd do that. Driver was reckless pulling up on our front curb taking the recite. And as we call they tell us the order of two pizza cheese... bread and a soda. Food is always ready no more than 20 minutes after order, usually between 11-15 if not Friday night. Order always correct and... online orders are always super easy and no glitches. Staff are always prompt and friendly. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 isbecause a few times I've had more pizza sauce than normal like coming out of the sides but they've always fixed right away.That's happened twice out of the 30 times I've ordered. This dominos is the worst. Always 40 minutes late and half the order is wrong. I ordered a specialty buffalo chicken and a... medium pizza. The pizza was smashed and the ?buffalo chicken? was plain breaded. I paid extra for dipping cups and didn?t getany. I paid $25 for garbage as far as I?m concerned. Dominos, you are better than this. I order from this domino's frequently to where I earn $10 on next delivery order. I ordered and every single time my order was... fresh and very hot like I enjoy it. Recently I received my order cold. This domino's location is in need of HELP! I called andreported the issue and the manager made me a whole new ticket order with the same products I got an hr before so he replaced thecold pizza and cold cheese bread with new ones. Im currently on the phone calling to let them know I ordered again and want tomake sure my pizza isn't cold again along with my cheesy bread, wings, and funal cakes, and the employee answered but currentlyI'm hearing the OTHER PHONE RINGING OFF THE HOOK, THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN SAY ,"Hello, one moment please.." no!
