The service at this store was terrible. There was an extremely rude male staff member that was speaking to customers very... disrespectfully. This location was short staffed and there was a decent sized line. The staff member told everyone in the storethat the were no longer taking walk in orders and that customers would have to wait a very long time. No one in the line orstore was complaining about the wait but he continued to make an attempt to drive customers out of the store. He made a rudecomment back to one of my friends when she commented on how rude he was being. Overall, it was completely unnecessary anddisrespectful. Read more
I?ve worked in the restaurant industry for years. My experience today as a customer was very unsatisfactory. Today this... restaurant was being audited. And the manager was completely out of line with staff, using foul language, yelling at incomingcustomers that they?re going to wait for a long time due to understaffing. As a customer we see everything, I understand thepressures of a restaurant business. I was so uncomfortable, I?ve been there several times in hopes of having a better experiencebut that?s never the case. Don't waist your time with this location. This store has a female employee who is regularly unpleasant. On my last visit she... quickly yelled at me when I entered the store that it would be a long wait. After waiting to have my order taken she becameupset that I ordered multiple breakfast sandwiches. She began to shake her head and sigh. She then began to yell at incomingcustomers that the wait would be long because I ordered so many sandwiches. Her body language showed she was upset. Aftertaking my order she then began to talk with other employees loudly about being too busy. I understand being short handed butthis same lady constantly has the same unpleasant behavior with customers. I believe another person left a review of the sameemployee. Seating area was a mess we had to ask to have a table cleaned, there were seven or eight behind counter appeared to have manager... on laptop in counter seating area. This location was just redone. I asked for a cinnamon crunch bagel toasted wound up with aFrench toast bagel not toasted. Ordered a fountain drink was charged for coffee. No real reason to go back. This was ourfavorite location.
