I absolutely love the chicken here but if you order over the phone they are sooooooooo rude it?s unbelievable and if they mess... the order up and promise a credit they forget and act like they don?t know what your talking about. I really wish the servicewas better because I would definitely go there more often but sometimes I can?t get past the rude customer service!!!! Read more

Bought a 20 piece wing and fries and chicken was Horrible.Soft greasy and no taste. Fries was over cooked.Man who took my order... had a nasty a** sounding attitude.He definitely was white tho.If you work in fast food and u have attitudes with customers thenthat mean this is not the job 4 u.Next time I?ll just buy my own stuff from the grocery store and cook it myself. Placed an order for strips, fries and a suggested item of mozzarella sticks. Was told an hour wait for the order, an hour later... my meal came hot and ready. Hope the tip to the driver made his day. The meal made my day. Read more
Overcooked fries and when I called to tell them about my order being wrong ???? The man that claim to be the one in charge gave... me a fake name he couldn?t spell and told me I was lying about my fries being overcooked because he was the ones that cookedthem.
