We have gone here twice since we moved here, and both times something was missing. The first time we noticed it and they fixed... the problem, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to just yesterday. We ordered two sandwiches, and once againone was missing. We didn?t notice it until we got home, and saw that one of the sandwiches in the bag was not the correct one.Will never be returning to this jimmy johns. Read more

I ordered at 12:30. Called at 2 to check on status. Worker said the delivery driver was out with my delivery. Still had not... received by 2:30. I called shortly after and a worker rudely answered without a greeting stating he "already told me my orderwas on the way". I asked to cancel the order since I had ordered over 2 hours prior. He said that he'd have to tell the driverto come back with my food to which I agreed. He then hung up on me. I tried to call with understanding as of the lunch rush butwaiting two hours and then to have rude customer service is not great. Very disappointed. Read more

Friday (11/4/22) I ordered 3 subs one of them being a Roast Beef(Big John) it came an hour late, fine. However, this roast beef... sandwich was NOT roast beef it was ham. I called immediately after I got it at 8:25pm I explain to the gentleman that my 9 yearold son has a pork allergy and thank God something told me to check the sandwich. He apologized and said he will have a new onemade and delivered seeing as this could have been FATAL. We wait until 9pm and call again he states the driver hadn?t even goneback to the store yet for the sub but that he will have him drop it off. No one ever showed, my son didn?t get his dinnersandwich. I call the next day (11/5/22) after work two times and the phone rang but no answer and then it made a loud beepsound. I called again throughout the day Sunday (11/6/22) 5 TIMES, same issue with the phone. My poor kid never got hissandwich, we wasted our time waiting for someone who didn?t come, my calls are ignored and I never received any type of followup call or any sort or reconciliation. Why someone made a roast beef sandwich with HAM is beyond me. Not happy at all. Read more

The staff making the sandwiches usually get the order right. Sometimes you get a person behind the counter who doesn't want to... take your order, has you repeat yourself 4 times and still cannot manage to enter it correctly. Replace the register person witha tablet, they are a waste of money. Read more

Corporate says all JJ stores are locally owned, passed responsibility for this mess of a location on to the unspecified... owner. Time for the customers to act. As numerous others mentioned in their reviews, I won't be ordering from this locationagain, and neither should you. Go to another Jimmy John's and be amazed at how much better they are than Holt Avenue. Read more

I ordered 3 subs at 10:46am. It is 12:12pm and they still aren?t delivered. We are 1 mile from the store. I called the store for... an update and was told by Gwen (the person who answered the phone) that they are short handed and I am just going to have todeal with it. I don?t have a problem with waiting but I do appreciate getting an update and not being told ?I need to deal withit.? There are lots of other businesses who are more courteous to their guests than this location. I will be taking my businesselsewhere and highly recommend everyone else does as well. Read more

Kinda gross to watch the older woman behind the counter continually adjusting her ponytail with her gloved hands and then going... right back to making someone's food. I wanted to call her out on it, but the other workers were looking right at her and nobodysaid anything. I assumed nobody would care if I complained. She wore a different shirt than everyone else, was this a newperson not trained properly in hygiene and food preparation or was this the manager??? Read more

After 4 orders that were ordered cut in half and delivered uncut I call after the 5th order also arrived uncut. All orders were... as requested other than being uncut. I spoke with the manager and explained that it was a minor issue but still reflects on theoverall experience. The final answer I received from the manger was don?t you have a knife at home. From this point forward allorders will be made at a different location. Read more
