I neglected to get the gentleman?s name who was the one that helped me, but there?s been a history of this locations payment... process double charging me (at least temporarily, one stays pending for a week and falls off while the 2nd one is final) and ithappened again. I got asked to swipe again and checked my account before hand, I had already been charged. I didn?t want to pay40 for 2 subs, so the man working told me just to take it, no big deal. Incase my pending charge doesn?t go through, I did notwant to get over them for $20 either so I left my name and number. Appreciated the flexibility and customer service. Read more
Place went downhill! It's nothing like the other Jimmy John's I patron. Italian sandwich I ordered was disgusting. Meat was... not fresh. I would have returned it for a refund but did not have time. I'm worried bout my stomach getting sick from the 2bites I had. Hopefully management cleans up this place! Read more
Friendly service, fresh food, and clean dine in. They make the party box lunch that has 30 pieces and you can mix and much, this... option is a life saver when you have events. I usually get number 8 which is Tuna and add avocado in it it is very fresh,healthy, and delicious. Close by the university of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Available parking on the side of the shop. I ordered a sub at 2:50 its now 3:50 and still no sub. I ordered it the at an earlier time as a friend of mine in a discord call... and we live down the street from one another. As always, jimmy johns has yummy subs with freaky fast service and this location is great with both! Also, the employees are... always really cool and friendly every time I?m there. When I order delivery, the delivery person is also always nice andfriendly. No matter how good the food is, if the staff isn?t friendly, I?m not coming back. So good job Jimmy Johns on OaklandAve because I always come back and make this my go-to place when I need food fast or when I?m in a sub mood (which who am Ikidding, I?m always in a sub mood).
