They charged my card and never delivered my food. Only pick up from them in person and don't get delivery.

When it's open, my orders always are correct. But the hours on the Jimmy John's website and Google are inaccurate. It keeps on... being closed during its stated hours of operation. You think a giant nationwide food chain could at least post the correct hoursfor a store. And this has been going on for at least a month or two, if not longer, so this isn't a fluke. Read more
We waited at the front counter for a couple minutes before we were asked what we wanted. We ordered two subs (a giant and a... regular) also one bag of chips and the total was $26. We asked for a couple glasses of tap water and the lady working said shewould have to charge us $1.60 each for the cups! REALLY??? When someone spends $26 on a couple of cold subs, wouldn't you thinka person could get a glass of water included??? Lastly, the bread seemed a little stale. I have ordered here a couple of times and have done a scheduled delivery time and it has never shown up on time. I ordered today... to be delivered by 12 pm and it was not out for delivery until 12:10 and not actually delivered until just before 12:30, 30minutes late. I only have 30 minutes for lunch so I?m obviously very dissatisfied that a company that has the slogan of freakyfast cannot even deliver a timed order. No discount or apologies were given. Read more

Ordered the Italian night club ! No hot peppers no capicola , extra Mayo as you can see clearly not what the girl made and the.... When I called she said yeah she made it wrong , I asked to speak to a manager and because they didn?t give me a copy of myreceipt they can?t do anything even though I?m allergic to the peppers !
