My family loves this place, it?s always a treat when we get to go. She?s always been awesome to us and the food is so... comforting. Covid might?ve put stress on them and the business as they were already struggling to keep up with demand prior to.Despite her disposition towards customers, we have fond memories here and always try to stop by when we are in town. Food is tasty and a reasonable price. Pad Thai is what id want. Tom Yum Gai soup very tasty. For all the reviews on the rude... service. Its more a cultural thing. Shes direct and english is her second language. Best to know what you want to order and bedirect in ordering. If you need more American style service and communication you might struggle. Read more

great food. But rather bad phone service. If you choose not to open doors to public dining, that's fine.. But have some phone... manners! I called to get an order in before they close up, phone rang rang rang. Called again. Rangggggg. when they didanswer that asked whats wrong with my phone with rude tone. Nope. I don't need Thai food that badly. Improve your phoneetiquette stat. Read more

I used to get take out from Kim's Thai quite often but I stopped going there after experiencing such terrible service. The older... lady in the front is aggressive and rude. I believe she may be Kim, the owner? Once I was waiting for my food, and she was onthe phone with a customer. The customer asked her how long an order would take for pick up. She responded with, "an hour. If youdon't like, then don't order." She then hung up on the customer. I was appalled at what I just witnessed. I've had hair in myfood a few different times. Since I was too hungry, I simply picked it out and kept eating. I didn't feel like putting in acomplaint since I didn't want to deal with the angry lady. The food is delicious and I do miss it at times, but it's just notworth the hassle or the terrible service. Read more

I should have taken a picture of my food but I was not able to. The portion size was good, I was able to separate my meal into... two. The order was take out only but the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao and askedfor it spicy, let me tell you that it did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 would eat here again. Read more

First time at Kim's, and they did not disappoint! I had a craving for "drunken noodles" on this side of town on a Monday, and... thought I'd give this place a shot. I ordered the chicken Pad Kee Mao (commonly known as drunken noodles) and was blown away bythe flavor! I ordered it without spice - although I will say there was a TINY bit of "heat", just enough to get that hint ofspice without breaking out into sweat/feeling any sort of burn. I normally avoid anything spicy, but this was the absoluteperfect amount. Food came out super fast as well for a walk-in, maybe took all of 10min, if even that. Not sure if that speed isnormal or if I just caught them at the perfect time. Either way, I'll 100% be going back and trying something new! Read more

What a gem! Someone recommended it to us. The food and ingredients are fresh. Excellent flavors. And they take spice seriously!... We got levels 6 and 8 ? very spicy which we love. Their vegetable and tofu options had good variety. We have been to Thailand acouple times and this food really hits the spot. The owners are very nice, too. Read more

I got a recommendation to try this place from my little brother because his friend loves it. We walked in & were immediately... greeted by such a sweet woman who told us to sit wherever we?d like. I ordered the crab Rangoon for an appetizer & they were thefreshest crab Rangoon?s I?ve ever eaten. The sauce they were paired with was phenomenal as well. You could just tell everythingwas homemade/made fresh. My boyfriend ordered the spring rolls which weren?t what he was expecting (he thought they?d be fried)but they were still good. I ordered the volcano chicken which was so tasty & fresh. It smelled amazing once it was put in frontof me. My boyfriend?s entree was called chicken peanut sauce, it was sweeter than he thought it would be but still good. I wasvery happy with both of my dishes & will for sure go back!!! The service was great too! Read more
