Ordered my pizza to be picked up at a certain time 45 minutes from when I ordered since I had to pick someone up there. Got... there at the time specified and it said that the order had only just been received and it wasn?t even in the oven yet. Went into ask about my order and there were 8 other people in there also waiting for their late orders. Asked the woman working thefront about it and she obviously looked frazzled and said it would probably be an additional half hour before it was ready. Thepeople in the kitchen were doing absolutely NOTHING!!! All told, I got it 45 minutes after I was supposed to. I should haveremembered that I went in here last year and was told I wasn?t able to order at the store and could only order online. Part ofme wonders if the management doesn?t trust the lazy staff with cash. Something needs to be done. Read more

The folks who work in this restaurant are overwhelmed and overworked. They try hard to keep up with demand buts it's hard when... they are understaffed. I like little Caesars and want to support the business but it's hard when wait times are very long. Overall little Caesars products are very affordable but really it's just a step above a frozen pizza. I don't think I'll order fromthem in prime hours again. Read more
I ordered online, came to pick up my pizza 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done only to find a store full of people who... have been waiting for 20 minutes to 45 minutes past when their pizza was supposed to be done. You can see the workers in theback. Only one person looks like they're really trying to get stuff done. One guy is walking around dragging a broom lookinglike he doesn't know what he's supposed to do. I feel bad for the guy at the register dealing with all the complaints that hecan't do anything about. At this point, my pizza is 30 minutes late, and people are asking for refunds. I only gave it 2 starsbecause the man at the register kept it real, was accomodating, and was just as fed up. Read more
Horrible went there for some pizza and found out they only were accepting online orders. I set my order for 4:50pm and didn?t... even hear anything till 5:40pm at that point I just refunded my order/deleted it. The 23rd was not a good day for at least two different locations. There were so many people making demands that it was almost... 10 minutes before I could ask if my food was ready. I'd ordered online and received confirmation that it was ready, but thestore was overwhelmed. However, my food was boxed and I got it right away once I asked. To order 1 pepperoni pizza and a bread stick with marinara sauce, I was there for almost 45 mins. I waited for probably 7-8... minutes just standing there before I even had someone acknowledge me. There was one girl upfront and one guy making thepizzas. She was eating food around the corner and licking her fingertips when she finally acknowledged I was there, but beforeshe walked to register she proceeded to take another bite before providing service to me. The guy was not wearing gloves while Iseen him putting the cheese on a pizza. I politely said something about hygiene and working with food and customer service. Iwas told that they were ?busy as hell? and that is why it was online order only and it was still about an hour wait from theorders they already had come in before me. She told me to look at the screen and if I still wanted to order ?that was on me.? Iagain, even though at this point I was beyond furious inside with aggravation and frustration politely said, ? no thank you, itlooks like you have way more than you can handle already?. She replied with a ?smack? of her lips, ?ok?!! I did then calmly saythat maybe she should work on customer service first instead of eating at a busy hour, and suggested that she have her cook usegloves when handling food and that they both wash their hands immediately before touching and doing absolutely anything else andthat maybe she should help out with making pizzas to help catch up quicker !!!!
