The spot is tiny but offers great food! There's a bit of room to dine in, but I saw many folks order take out. I ordered the... enchiladas de espinaca and it had tons of flavor and was very good. Read more
Excellent home cooked meals. Seating is very limited so I usually do takeout. Everything on the menu is a repeatable dish and... very authentic ethnic recipes. Family owned and operated which I love. I highly recommend giving them a try! (Delivery is anoption through grubhub only) Also, they are in a multi business location so parking is a premium but it's well worth any hassleyou might encounter. Read more
Burrito de asada, enchiladas rojas, nacho, California burger. They managed to make the nachos have the perfect topping to chip... ratio. The burrito is BUSSIN and absolutely delicious. It comes hot and loaded. The enchiladas are what you would expect, thecheese and sauce on then is exquisite. The pico salsa and hot sauce(?) You're given with the meals is okay, not a fan of the hotsauce which is why its a 4. HOWEVER, if you like spice t hen ask for the JALAPENO SAUCE. IT SMACKS AND ITS SPICY. I started to think that I've never really had authentic Mexican food that blew me away. I felt like it all tasted the same...and... then I thought about Mara's Grill ????. It is truly different from other Mexican restaurants out there. This is probably theonly thing I miss about not living in Milwaukee anymore. If I am ever on that side of that city for any reason, I'm definitelystopping by. Read more

Driving around Milwaukee with my lady doing some house hunting and we were so very fortunate to stumble upon this fully... authentic little establishment. Soon as we walked in, our bellies started rumbling. You can't fake that wholesome smell!!!. Super friendly couple behind the counter took our orders, offered recommendations, and smiled the whole time. This restaurantis the exact time of place that needs the communities support during these down times. I know we'll be back. You shoulddefinitely try them out!!!! Read more
Mara?s is such a gem! Wonderful food with both your Mexican options and some delicious Guatemalan dishes as well!
