Food was average at best, service was terrible, one person was just on their phone and the other had a bad attitude. I left a... tip and still felt like my food was just rushed and they wanted me out of there, I sat down to eat and was told I couldnt eatthere to watch the football game on the TV. Great Mexican food priced well. I had the supreme steak quesadilla for lunch and it was amazing. The food came out extremely... fast and the service was great. After finishing my lunch I ended up ordering the supreme chicken quesadilla to take home and itwas delicious. Read more
I visited Margarita Paradise a few weeks ago for a Taco Tuesday Special and boy oh boy has this restaurant gone down hill. I'd... frequented the establishment multiple times pre-pandemic and the food and service were always good. I'm not sure what's changedbut same lady that's taken orders in the past was very rude. The three beef tacos I received had an excessively salty smallamount of meat, and were single wrapped causing all three tacos to tear and fall apart. What self respecting taco restaurantfails to double wrap corn tortilla soft shell tacos? Food is excellent but everything else is meh. I placed an online order and it was cancelled for no reason, so I called and... placed an order and was hung up on out of nowhere. Called again, placed order, and they said it would be done in five minutes.Arrived maybe 7 minutes later and had to wait another five. Additionally I guess I cannot add extra meat to my burritocomplimentary although the website said that I could, so I was surprised to have been charged 3-4 dollars extra. I got my extrameat so whatever but this was disappointing. It's a shame because the food is good, but I will not order again for some time.They can, and should, do better. I am relieved to see other people have experienced the same. I think a good starting point isverify all prices and features on the menu are current-I feel like my order was cancelled because my burrito that was only 9.50on the website was 11.50 on the menu at the actual restaurant. Fix this discrepancy ASAP, hire someone to make a website orupdate it yourselves whenever things change. This will solve most problems that come up. I hope this reaches upper management. Read more
The service and food here is not what it used to be compared to a couple of yrs ago. I went there today for lunch and the staff... was really rude. The food was ok, but due to the negative attitude we received from the server I would no longer recommend it toanyone. Such a shame this place is going down the drain due to untrained staff, especially given the hot location. P.S. if youhate your job, there are many other restaurants in this city but good luck with that unpleasant personality. Read more
