Guessing covid and lack of help is a main problem. Got friend and wheelchair out but no real "dine in" here. Chairs are stacked... on tables, no place for a wheelchair until I rearranged things. Trash on sidewalk. No self serve utensils or salt. Purchasewater. No waitresses or menus. Alfredo was very good. Bread was ok but I don't believe it was really butter. I was handed twoplastic forks and 2 napkins. Friend was greatly disappointed. Could have gone to Final Approach for a full dinner and servicefor the same price. Maybe good for carry outs but we won't waste our time for sure. Read more
I ordered from Mario's through DoorDash tonight. The first order I put through they gave the wrong order to the Dasher, which is... actually the restaurants fault not DoorDash. DoorDash issued me credits, so I reordered what I originally ordered. It didn'tarrive until after 10pm. This time I did get what I was supposed to get however, the Lasagna was absolutely terrible! It wasdry, undercooked and salty. Not to mention it was burnt on the bottom along with everything else. There ovens must be way to hotbecause everything we ordered was burnt on the bottom. I couldn't even eat it. DoorDash would not give me a refund the secondtime for the unedible food! So I paid $40 for a meal my family and I couldn't even eat. Very upset and disappointed! The reason that I rated 4 stars instead of 5 , is they no longer have the order I used to always buy whenever I went to Mario's... Italian Grill. When they still had this really cool little deal on their menu, I believe they called it ''Slice and a Soda''. Itwas a huge slice of their delicious pizza and a can of soda. And I don't remember the exact cost of it, but I do remember thatyou got both items for a great deal. I still love Mario's though, and all of their delicious items. Read more
Dough is tough have to chew it a really really long time. Barely any sausage or sauce on pizza and it has no flavor. Everything... you could do wrong with a pizza this place has done it. Im never coming back. Avois this place. Oh and the 16" i ordered endedup being a 14" in real life. Read more
I have never had pizza this terrible. First time ordered 3 pizzas from this establishment. Had a cheese pizza, a sausage pizza... and a sausage, onion and mushrooms. If you really want to improve your products do the following: 1. Use an actual pizza saucenot tomato sauce as it's acidic. 2. The pizzas are dry. Where's the sauce? Everyone in our party commented on this. 3. Toppings.Where are they? Same as #2 You are only going to get a limited number of first time orders. Eventually you may go out ofbusiness because what you offer in my opinion is just not quality pizza. I have no comment on your other offerings as I haven'ttried them. Small portion on Italian beef sandwiches and burnt deep fried mushrooms. Martinos or Portillo's would have been much better... choice. I don't see ordering from here again, too many other good places to choose from. Read more
