I consider myself a burger connoisseur. If you you have read my other reviews (my Shake Shack review). I laid out my criteria... for a great burger. Mazos hits all the marks. This is no skimpy burger. When you leave out of Mazos you will have to loosenthat top pants button. And if you order the double cheeseburger with the works, ask for a to go box. Most people can't eat thedouble in one sit down. The wait staff are great. Good conversation, plus they keep your drink filled. At Mazos they groundtheir own meat. That's a fact that they are proud of. You can actually taste the freshness. My wife and l ordered a shake,french fries, double cheeseburger and a soup for about $ 25.00 bucks. They gave us our shake in the container they mixed it in.We thought that was a good touch. The seating is a little tight, if its just two of you I suggest you eat at the bar. Around therestaurant they have pictures of singers from the Sinatra era. My wife and I made a game of it, see who could name all of them.We had a great dinning experience. Mazo's is definitely a staple in Milwaukee! I've been there a few times and was always satisfied! Great service! Great food!... Definitely a nice little cozy place to visit! They give you enough! Soup is really good as well!! Read more
