I visit this location quite often, almost in an everyday basis for the past couple of weeks. I usually place an order in advance... using the mobile app. Be careful when going to this place, especially if you order customized items that you pay extra for.These people will get your order wrong consistently, like when you pay for additional meat patties, they will just not includethem. Just in the past month this has happened 3 times! I have continuously reported this issue through their surveys but theyseem not to care. So beware, people! Read more
I went there this morning around 6:45 am to get my usual breakfast and the "dude" with long hair who was taking my order was so... rude and unprofessional! I waited in a long line like usual because they open one lane only instead of two at this time androlled my car window down and pulled up to the speaker to place my order and no one was available to take my order right away soI said "hello" after I started getting cold and after a brief silence a guy asked me to wait for a minute and I didn't mind eventhough the temperature was in the thirties! Finally he asked me to go ahead with my order but when I did he just said "I can'thear you or understand what you're saying"! So I raised my voice so he can hear me clearly and I repeated my order twice becausehe claimed that he couldn't hear me again... but while I was speaking to him he just interrupted me saying "DoNOt ScReaM ATMe..." so I tried to explain to him that I was just trying to speak up so he can hear me loud and clear... and he just keptsaying "stop yelling at me!" At that moment I knew I had to leave and take my business somewhere else and not to get anythingfrom that establishment because I don't want him to spit on my drink or food as a revenge (it's a common behavior from thisangry spoiled brats nowadays). So I'm just gonna stop coming to this restaurant and go to somewhere else where I can be treatedwith respect and get better costumer service. Read more
The place is actually great to be in with my family. Having the touch screen to order is a plus for me. Expect a wait due to... high demand for the food. My down sides is that I wish they don't over salt there fries and make the food a little more neatly.Just a little would be a big lead for me and could say for others as well. Read more
I visit this location quite often as I?m a third shifter. I do use the mobile app. Often, they forget items I have ordered. The... waiting time in the drive thru is ridiculous. System is always down. A week ago. I was at the second window waiting for myorder. A heavier man that was in the kitchen, was too busy showing the guy who was making drinks, the movies they took off ofNetflix. Seriously??? I waited in that drive thru for 15mins. The manager needs too get their staff in order and the owner needstoo check in and see how this restaurant is ran. Read more
This McDonalds actually has good staff, not to mention a clean and inviting dining area. Lots of "regulars" sitting around... eating/drinking coffee every morning and talking politics... Overall good vibes! Check em out! They also do car shows and stuffwhich is pretty neato! ???? Read more
Finally!!! I've lived in Wisconsin for 7 years now and I've been on the hunt for a biscuit that would taste as good as the ones... back home in Alabama. I'm so happy to say I found it this morning having breakfast here before my kiddo flies back home forcollege. I live about 45 minutes north of Milwaukee but have no doubt that if I want another biscuit I will make the hour plusdrive just to have another biscuit from this McDonald's! Finding a 24 hr place to get something to eat on third shift has been hard. Was happy to see I could get a quick meal after work... here. Food was hot and tasted good. Friendly staff at 3 in the morning. It was quite busy but understandably so. The line wentfast, most people were grabbing a quick bite to eat. Read more
Just left this McDonald's without ordering food because the girl supposedly working at the front counter never acknowledged that... we were there while she's drinking and coffee with a little attitude. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I do not recommendgoing to this restaurant for breakfast. Read more
