In drive thru and individual told me that they were only taking cash, waited in a long line to get out of it for 20 minutes.... Absolute worst. Constantly closed when their posted hours say open. Nice enough people but poorly trained and clearly... overwhelmed. Typically takes 15-20 minutes per car in the drive-thru at night. Questionable health practices. You?ve beenwarned. Read more
Each time I come here I only ordered coffee for curbside, both separate times I waited for almost half an hour, ridiculous! Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. Waited at the 1st window while the attendee worked on the next orders. They forgot... my drink. Gave me the wrong food. And the bun was moldy. Don't order a large frappe. They'll give you a large cup with a medium amount - this is the third time it's happened to me at... this location, so it's clearly not an accident.
