THEY ARE NOT 24HRS despite what google and the mobile app says but for that reason, I?m contacting corporate because my gas &... time were wasted. The crew member said they close at 3am to clean & then open up to the public hours later. The mobile app stilllets you place an order though? Read more

Sadly went thru the drive thru, my clue to leave should have been when I asked for a Frozen Coke, the rep said "A WHAT"? Then it... sounded like a fight was going on inside as I drove around to the window as the employees were playing as my food set by thewindow. I had to ask for fresh fries which were delivered quickly as I pulled up only to not receive my Frozen Coke... Unrealand sad. I believe in having fun at work, but not at the expense of the customer and being unprofessional. Read more
Worse McDonald, I've ever encountered. First, they do not take the survey coupon. Apparently, they only take their own store... receipt survey. Maybe they need to let customers know by having a big sign outside somewhere. Then they got my order wrong.Gave me an mc double sandwich instead of a big mac. I ordered 4 meals and the same size and somehow I got 1 smaller size. Willnever return to this McDonald's. I'll go to the other McDonald's or Culver's next door to them. Read more
