They've been closed many nights at times the should've been open and you'll sit at the drive thru until you pull up and ask or... leave, I've done both. 1. The employees work hard. Even with a short staff they still stay positive & have patience for the customer. 2. They are... always willing to help if you are having trouble with the app or need to understand how to use the app. 3. I think you need to have your employees double check orders they put together. I ordered 3 double hamburgers a couple weeks ago,... got 3 single hamburgers. The next time they got it right. Now this last time, on Aug. 8th, we ordered 3 double hamburgersagain....and got NONE! Read more

I just left there and my big Mac was soggy and extreme amount of Mac sauce. Did not receive my milk shake with Oreo, no fork for... my cinna roll. Large fry was looking like medium. Food semi cold. Did not receive my tarter sauce either. Smh 5:05p.m. Lazyworkers whom could give a darn. Read more
