Bunch of lazy people who wants to get a higher minimum wage. Can't even put a burger together correctly. Bought 2 big Mac and... neither had lettuce, corporate needs to retrain their employees the right way. Or fire the managers. Read more

Today I returned to use a complimentary meal ticket that was about to expire from this location. They gave it to me this summer... when they messed up my order. I had ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal in the drive through and when I pulled out onto thestreet and reached in the bag I had a chicken nugget meal. So I turned around and went into the restaurant. They gave me mycorrect meal and also gave me a good for 90 day certificate for a complimentary bacon quarter pounder meal for my trouble andtime (the drive through and restaurant was packed as it was around lunch time when they messed up, and by the time I walked outwith my correct order it was probably 25 minutes after initially arriving and getting in the drive through line). But today whenI tried to use the certificate which was a day from expiring, the "manager" refused the ticket saying they don't give those outat that store. She also said others had tried to use that same type of certificate at this store and she said her manager won'thonor them, insisting that they don't give them out at that store. Hmm, the fact that others also tried using certificates likemine should be a clue to them that they were in fact giving them out! I checked my credit card receipt v. the date it was issuedand it was in fact this Bluemound Rd. location. I have gone to this McDonalds a lot of times as I used to live blocks away and Ioccasionally work in the area. But now I am going to avoid giving them my business. Read more

Service was quick, fries were good and hot, the sandwiches were not. Bread on the special order Mc Double hard and tough. But... think this is typical of fast food these days, pay to much money for food that is not satisfying in the least bit. Read more

Please don't come here. The worst experience I've ever had. Never returning. Employees were yelling at each other in 10000... languages and no one could get it straight. Disgusting. Super unprofessional employees. I wouldn't hire them to water myplants. THEY PARK EVERY CAR, NO MATER WHAT! Read more

Good lord! Do you love absolutely the worst service you can have? Well this is your place!!! After I placed my order then paid,... I was told to pull ahead to have my order brought out to me. Ok. No problem. Wrong. After waiting for 15 minutes and seeingothers who had to pull up after me get their orders, I went in to find out what the hell was going in. The lady inside asked ifmy order was the chicken too which I responded yes, then said then this must be yours, handed me a bad and disappeared. As Iwalked away she did apologize, but why was it if she knew what my order was, did I have to go get it? Perplexing, but this is aMcD's so anything is truly possible. Read more

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese for the first time in years. It was the BEST burger I have had at any restaurant ever!... The quality and freshness was amazing! I worked for McDonald's for 2 years as a teenager and have had their food on a frequentbasis. Was shocked it was that good! Read more

Was at McDonalds this afternoon around 1 p.m. and was probably the worst experience ive ever had at an McDonalds location... ever!!!! First off, it took forever for someone to take my order and I had to say 'hello' multiple times. my order was taken bya very rude manger and by no surprise, was wrong. I pulled up to the window to receive my food and I saw the woman who I believetook my order on her PHONE as I waited a long time for my order. I didn't even get my full order in because I felt rushed by hersaying "anything else" after every item I ordered. I wish I got her name so I could call to complain about her but she did nothave a name tag on. She seemed to be a manager becausse of the shirt she was wearing and she looked hispanic and possiblypregnant. Will never return to this location and I was a regular customer at this location!!!!! I would give no stars if I could. Immediately coming to the order screen, they didn't greet me at all! 5 seconds of sitting... there, "go ahead with your order".. okay no big deal. I get to the window to redeem rewards, And instead of scanning my phone,the cashier took my phone through the window and out of my sight! Absolutely unexcusable. The cashier had my phone for a good 5minutes before giving it back.. that alone I will never return to this location again. When I got to the second window, therewas a gentleman speaking Spanish so I had no idea what he was saying, who didn't even say hi or acknowledge that I was there!Handed all of my food out, I said have a good day and he slammed the drive-thru window. This was an extraordinarily awful visit,and solidification that I would never go here again! Upon inspecting my order after getting home, the large fry I had orderedwas filled up to that of a medium size, And I did not receive the double quarter that I had ordered, It was a regular quarterpounder. At that point I wiped my hands of all of their unprofessionalism, It wasn't even worth going back. This has happenedseveral times at this location with incorrect orders. The employees at this location are extremely disrespectful and seem tohave very little customer service etiquette. Read more
