Worst experience ever. 35 minutes in the drive-thru. Food was cold. Frozen drink was melted and made a mess in my vehicle. I... will never return to this location again. If I ever go to McDonald's in the foreseeable future. I tried to give them a secondchance. 0630, no answer at drive-thru. 0640, hit curbside on the McDonald's app. 0714, food was brought out cold. Coffee barelywarm. Order wrong. I threw everything out. I even called the restaurant 3 times and it said the mailbox has not been set upafter no answer. This restaurant opens at 0500. The lobby was still locked at 0705. That is supposed to open at 0700. Fix thisand I will edit my review. Read more
Had no problem getting my food it was hot but they said it didn't have salt but there should be another way of getting french... fries without salt beside putting them back into the same basket for all the fries with salt are you can still taste the saltI'm happy my blood pressure and rise but other than that very nice very clean smooth drive-thru just didn't like the saw Read more
Had to wait over 30 minutes in drive thru just for two shakes, and all they were doing was just standing and talking with each... other inside doing nothing when I got to the window. Just disgusting, stay away from this location, you never know what theywould put in your food!!! Read more
The worst McDonald I?ve ever been too. Put an order online to pick up and still had to wait for like 40 minutes at the location.... I thought McDonalds was supposed to be a fast food restaurant,not a slow food one. There?s not even professionalism with theemployees to top it off. Will definitely not recommend it? Read more
Every time we've ordered at this location, there is ALWAYS a problem. Today is no exception. My boyfriend and I wanted four... sausage burritos, but they didn't have any, so instead wanted four sausage and cheese mcmuffins, but only recieved three. We gotthree hasbrowns, but only wanted two, and I wanted a iced coffee, but instead got a hot one..? I don't know how that works. Thestaff are very rude and unprofessional and can't get a simple order correct. Very frustrating when we want food, but always havean issue. We will never be ordering food from this location again. Ohhh I didn't know you need to read reviews to eat at McDonald's. I see so now. This is by far one of the worst besides the one... on 35th. Just 15 minutes ago. I waited in drive thru, for 12 minutes. Before .asking it to the first window. I asked for freshfries. As I make it to the second window. I received my bag of cold food and soggy fries. I pulled over to wait for more freshfries. 10 more minutes. Got out the car for them to bring the food out to me. To see my food isn't fresh and the fries arerediped. Seriously again. Not cool. I ordered a dollar sweet Tea they said they didn't have large Cups or Sweet Tea charging me the same dollar for a small OJ cup... of Soda pop. Nothing wrong with the food quality here, standard mcdonalds. However i have had several visits across 3 months and each one I... spent a solid 20-35 minutes in the drive through for no apparent reason. There is huge delays between each order being taken.They do not park cars while waiting for their food. The line just stagnates. Kind of defeats the purpose of fast food.
