My Gyro wasn?t fresh and hot nor was my fries. I live about eight minutes from Oakland Gyros.I have ordered many times before... and my food was to hot to eat. I always had to wait until it cool down before I could eat.The meat was hard and dry as if it hadbeen sitting there all day and was warned up. I spent $29.69 cents. I believe that it may have been an order that was canceledand was sold to me, because I have ordered inside and had to sit a while and wait on my order inside the restaurant. Read more

Always love this place but I wish they would offer a sample platter of their Grecian options like mousaka Dolmades, and Athenian... chicken. The restaurant on Layton does have wheelchair accessibility, but the outer and inner door are tricky when you use theramp. There.is no ramp option on the side with the more accessible doors. This isn't quite as good or maybe it's just the atmosphere but the east side one on actual Oakland avenue is the one I would... recommend however if you're on the south side this is a very very good compromise and I would recommend if you're not thathungry to get the baby gryo. Greek salad was fantastic. Huge chunks of feta. I added gyro meat. My mom enjoyed the hotdogs and said the strawberry custard... shake was very creamy and good. Super tasty Greek fries. If I had one critique O wish they would use better lettuce likeromaine, etc instead of iceberg for the salad. Read more
The best Gyro Sandwich I have ever had in my life. And trust me - I?ve eaten a few over my lifespan. Employees are nice and... motivated. You feel relaxed and enjoyed eating in the restaurant next to the airport. I had the opportunity to meet the owner- Great person , down to earth, friendly, fair, reasonable - and great business ethics.
