I tried to call ahead to get my super greens as there is always a wait. I think I called at least 20 times. I could literally... hear myself calling them while I was ordering in the drive thru. Upon my picking up the food I asked why they don't answer theirphone. The lady said "we're a little busy". That's certainly not acceptable. There is a phone and the people working have aresponsibilitie to answer. I wound up waiting for my order. That's fine. But the fact that they don't attend to their demandsgoes to show how much they care about their customers. There is another Chinese restaurant a little further down. Whenever I go there they R always missing something & replace with big white vegetable chunks ! Very little meat & hardly any... beans !! Mostly garbage !! Won,t B going there anymore !!!Oak Creek is much better ! Decent portions !!! Read more

I ordered teriyaki chicken and orange chicken with a side of fried rice. Very disappointing when I got it home. The teriyaki... chicken was dry with no sauce and no flavor. The orange chicken had flavor but no sauce to spoon over the rice. The rice had noflavor at all. Adding soy sauce did not help. Needless to say, I will never go back there again! Read more
food always good. but almost every time i order for pick up i have to ask them for a fork and my fortune cookie, i?ll even put... it in the notes and request them and still will have to ask. i order for pickup specifically so i don?t have to talk to y?alland i can just grab and go. sucks when i have to check and make sure my order is correct and that i actually have fortunecookies. First of all, it was so good I ate almost all of it. There was too much rice and I have diabetes. That's the only problem. The... menu was good. Priced well for my meal and they have the cutest Pandas for sale for $5. I bought one. Impulse.. Lol. I enjoyedmy food and my fortune was spot on. Highly recommended. Read more
Must be talking more than working, I pulled up at 9:50 realized they don?t open until 10:30 and that was cool but I waited. I... ordered at 10:35 just to be told the food needed 20 more minutes. I will be calling corporate because again this is a managementissue, not staff. Give yourself and your staff ample time to complete task according to hours of operation. Good luck. Read more
