Terrible experience. I ordered my pizza for carry out and when I got there, the driver took my pizza. The guy working their... asked me if I want to order again and then wanted to charge me more than I originally paid online for it. When I asked if hecould honor the price, he said no. Not only did they lose my pizza, but then wanted me to pay more for a new one without evenrefunding me. He ignored me as I stood in front of him as he got back to work, like I wasn?t even there. The manager finallycame in, and started to remake the pizza but they did nothing to make right of the situation. Terrible experience. Read more
I?ve been really impressed with the owner of this store?s inability to run a business. I?ve ordered numerous times over the past... 6 years, probably a 50% return rate. Never had a response on the bad times. I mean Shaq can?t deliver, but I just expect theowner of the Oakland store to deliver pizzas if they don?t have a driver, if you own or manage, that?s literally you job ifsomeone can?t. All I ever wanted was a refund and the store offered to send a driver to come pick up the pizza that took theman hour and a half to deliver a Monday afternoon. I would love their pizza at this moment, but don?t think it would make it tomy door within a 40 min timeframe ???? Read more
Janet was very rude and impatient. I place my online order, called a hour later and was told 8 mins, waited another 30 mins and... called back , come to find out she never made our order, she was so proud to say it ! Then said that it will be another hourknowing they would be closed within a hour or so. We asked could we at least get a free soda for the wait she declined. Last time I ordered from here over $40+ and the pizza never arrived. I never received a refund. I decided to try it again 4... months laters, the pizza tracker never moved and they wouldn?t answer the phone. They won?t give refunds if you don?t get thepizza and won?t actually deliver the pizza. Never had a bad experience at this store, food is always hot and fresh with great attention on the crust. Prices are fair but... always check for specials as there are multiple kinds. Great location near UWM and ready to serve all your college pizza needs.Extremly neat and clean, I highly recommend this store. Read more

3 hours wait for an estimate of 30 mins. Had to listen to a weird ad for too long before they answered the phone and set it on... the counter so I could listen to them take orders? I'm not sure we are ever getting our food. Guess it's just "one of thosenights". Wish I could say it is, but the service at this location always has issues. Read more
