Overall, this Pizza Hut is extremely disorganized and the service is extremely slow. I placed an order for a medium pizza and... wings for delivery today around 3:08 PM. According to the tracker, it was estimated to be between 25 - 35 minutes for thedelivery. The deliver driver did not arrive until around 4:35 PM. When the food arrived, the wings were soggy and cold. Icalled the restaurant around 4:15 PM and asked for an order delivery update. The worker stated that the delivery worker had juststarted working at 4:00 PM and that our order would be one of the first ones to get delivered. When the delivery driver arrived,he called me and asked me to grab the food from his car since he had a "bad leg". His car was extremely dirty, and the fact thatmy food sat in there for who knows how long made me nauseous. It is understandable that they are short staffed, but waitingover an hour and half for food and not being provided with an update is unacceptable. Read more
We get PIZZA HUT for our daughter. Food and service is consistently good. good. Reward system is good for free food.

Employees were great, although the delivery driver has his backseat completely full of garbage up to the windows. I'm glad I... decided to pick up my food. I would not want my food riding with all that garbage. Who knows what's hiding in there. Read more
I come here often and got a confirmation that my order would be ready at 10:05 I arrive at 10:08pm and was told that my order... was canceled.. there?s no reason for my order to be canceled so I am not coming here anymore they could have called me lettingme know they weren?t taking orders Read more
I came on here to say what a great experience I had here and saw all the bad reviews. Maybe they are turning over a new leaf or... we just got them on a slow night. Anyway? our order was done 10 min early and was fresh and hot. It was delicious. I hope thiscontinues! Read more
Order from some where else, here is why: I have placed a large order online for delivery (mistake). They could have selected a... sharper driver. The delivery driver was missing a pizza out 6. When I asked about it, he said that I should call the store (2ndmistake). I should have rejected the order all together. I tried to call the store, no answer. Tried to call the customerservice, directed to a website. I filled the form, I got an email from the state manager, asking me to call the store again.None sense. I responded to manager and asked her to have the store manager call, it is their fault. Off course, no body calledme. I?m committing to Papa John pizza. Why are so many asking 18-30% tips for carryout? Kind of isn't fair for employees that actually have to work for their tips and... make less an hour because of it. Other than that the food is decent, three stars on the food. One star on the service.. becausewhen we are going to pick it up anyway why should the person at the register handing you your food get as much as the deliverydrivers. Get real. Read more
