I order from this Pizza Hut often for delivery. The last number of times they could not get my soda correct. They would bring me... regular instead of diet. Also a number of times my pizza came cold! Another Complaint: The most recent couple of orders I haddelivery and my pizza came luke warm or cold! Also I requested extra sauce on my pizza and the last couple of times there was noextra sauce! HORRIBLE SERVICE I EXPERIENCED TERRIBLE FOOD SERVICE I CALLED NO ANSWER THE ?STORE MANAGER? NICK SAID UNFORTUNATELY SINCE IT... Delivery always takes forever. Most of the time food arrives cold and takes 20+ minutes to get here. One time I ordered a 16... piece wing and only got 8, and when I called to let them know they refused to pick up the phone and I could never get ahold ofthem. Their staff never follows directions about contactless delivery either. Read more
Ordered pasta which came with breadsticks and got some free wings with points. After eating it, I began to get sick and my... stomach is still curretling after 2-3 hours. I would not order the wings from this pizza hut, although the pasta was prettygood. Read more
It took three hours for me to get my order and everything was soggy. You could tell it had been sitting in a hot box forever.... Customer service from the store team member over the phone was horrible- and although the delivery driver was great I think theyneed to communicate a lot better. Would absolutely never order at that store again and am taking the complete order back for arefund. Read more
