DO NOT order from this location !!!!!!! Would give negative or no stars if that was an option. Any review saying this place is... okay has to be fake or done by an employee. Pizza was ordered at 8:01 APP states delivery by 8:35. It?s now 9:06 and they don?tanswer the phone? APP says it?s still in the oven? Finally got someone on the phone they said they weren?t talking anymoreorders. When I said I already ordered on the APP and was checking on delivery, and they said it?s cancelled they don?t have adriver. I said no one called to tell me that I would have picked it up. I got told they are to busy to call people when thereare problems. Complete garbage service. Rude and disrespectful. I should have my refund back in 3-5 business days. ????????. Pizza Hut is overrated. Overprised, Staff is very, very, rude. My pizza was not that good, And it was not hot it was warm, And I... ordered in store and waited for it so how can your pizza be warm when you're there waiting for it. Avoid ordering from here. I called the store asking when i should expect my order delivered (app said estimated 7:33pm and when... i called it was 7:50). i said hi im calling to ask the delivery time for my pizza, the sales associate answered and said "30minutes." I was confused and answered "huh?", to which she responded "first we have to put the food together, then put it on theoven, and then it delivers. It takes 30 minutes." I responded, "I'm sorry, what?". Finally, she asked me for my order and saidit should be arriving soon. Three minutes later the driver calls my phone and says as the first thing "I've got your order." Isay, "is this pizza hut?". He responds " yeah, I've got your order." The pizza inside the box is sloppy, like somebody threw itaround and all the ingredients on one side. I called the store to complain and the associate (Chanita) pretended to be the storemanager and said I would have to drive to the store for her to believe me and remake the pizza, claiming she made the orderherself and she's the manager. Said she can't accept any photos as evidence because her phone doesn't allow it. I asked for herstore email, she went silent. Rudest, worst experience, ever. Read more
Placed an order for 2 pizones and when I arrived to pick up my order I'm told they don't have the dough to make them. They... should have figured this out when I made the order and called me to cancel the order immediately. I absolutely love this pizza hut location, and I order from here at least 3 times a month. Everyone is friendly, the food is... great, and almost always as I order. The few time my order was messed up they compensated me for the mess ups, and they werenever rude about it. I notice that most of the problems listed below are with delivery. They only have 1-2 delivery men fromwhat I've seen, but I always order online and pickup my order. Read more
