My pizza at the location was not cooked all the way through. The cheese was thrown on there but, when I went to bite into the... pizza it wasn't cooked. I am guessing whoever they have cooking there pizza did not put it on a timer since it was half cooked. Read more
Inside NOT open...the drive thru line was not designed for the amount of cars that are there during peak hours...mainly because... you can literally be in line ordering and when you get to the window it's still a wait...overall though if you order in enoughtime you can get in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes...the food is a little above average except the garlic bread sticks, Ithink they use the base bread for the cinnamon sticks also because you can taste it...would do again... horrible customer service. i placed a carry out order because they dont deliver to my area. I was told the order would be ready... in 15 minutes. I got there in 10 minutes and waited until 50 minutes for my order . I tried calling to let them know i waswaiting and nobody answered the phone or came to the window. the lobby is closed do to covid so i was stuck sitting outside foralmost an hour. there were other people waiting as well. I'll never order pizza hut again everrrr!!! This has to be the mostarrogant place and they have no reason to be. Ordered pizza with estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. Tried calling the store an hour and a half after the order was... placed and nobody picked up the phone. Food came two hours later and was cold. Sauces packed were wrong. Not a good experienceby any means Read more
I was VERY hesitant about ordering food from this location, but the Pizza Hut by my house was closed. First thing I noticed was... how greasy my pizza was and on top of that whoever cut it could careless because it was extremely hard to grab a slice withoutit ripping. After getting through those things I went to eat my cookie and saw that instead of my pizza being cut, a plasticknife was placed on the side of it. Do better! No business from me again Read more
